We started to notice that our mail was getting sent back a couple of months ago. Thinking that it was because I moved there at the beginning of the year, even though I was receiving mail at my current address for at least six months, we called and was told that my name was added to a list. This was a month ago. We then started to notice that my roommate was also not receiving mail. He has lived at this address for four years. Both he and I have been calling and getting zero information about our missing mail and why it is being returned. I have had two different people tell me that they will call me back but they never do. When I call back they tell me that they have no record of me calling. The lack of communication and record keeping by the staff at this facility is rather concerning since they are in charge of potentially sensitive information. I would just like to get my mail, this includes bills that are now not getting paid, delivered.
