Postal Locations

I ordered a package that was too be delivered by ups on March 9th. UPS delivered the package to the Otsego mi post office on March 14th. March 15th the post office reports they were unable to deliver the package and sent it back too the sender. March 24th they received the package again. On March 25tth they report that they attempted to deliver and the receiver refused the package. March 28th they reported that they attempted to deliver and were unable and they left a delivery notice. On March 29th UPS reported that the post office had been trying to deliver it but were unable too do so. I was not contacted on March 15th and have no idea why they sent it back. March 25th we were home all day we never had contact with anybody from the post office and did not refuse anything. March 28th we never received a delivery notice or had any contact again. What kind of service is this. I feel this sitatution should be looked into. I will be going to the post office tomorrow to let them know that I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received. Have other people had problems like this?
