4/23 my gas bill arrived much larger than expected. DTE told me I lost a senior discount because I had not filed the reapplication forms they sent me in February. I NEVER GOT THAT MAIL. 4/24 my car insurer wrote me my auto insurance was cancelled because I failed to return the renewal package they had sent me in March. I NEVER GOT THAT MAIL. Today, 4/28, the city sent me a later water bill (I had paid the months before and after) for an early April billing but I NEVER RECEIVED THAT MAIL. I don't know who my carrier is anymore because it seems to be a different person every week.

Our post office is amazing. In June, I accidentally dropped an envelope of checks and cash into the mailbox. The envelope was not sealed and was simply addressed 'Staci'. I filled out a Missing Mail form as a last resort with little hope of success. This week the envelope with all of its contents in tact was returned and I am incredulous, incredibly relieved, and so grateful! Thank you so much for the incredible job that you do day in and day out - what an amazing institution!

I have lived at my same address for 22years now and never have experienced so much misdelivered mail. Maybe because its always a new mailman not sure but my mail is being delivered everywhere but my address. What took the cake last week when my medication was delivered to the wrong house and luckly the neighbor whom received it was honest enough to bring it to the house. Stuff I have ordered off the internet that has to be delivered through mail gets misdelivered it's terrible and I need to know how this can be fixed. I was like to talk to someone in person ASAP to see how this issue can be resolved.

Stood in line waiting for them to open at 830 like the sighn said but its 850 and no sighn of any teller at the window, elderly ppl finding a way to sit while others are running late for work and some leaving the line. I couldn't imagine the excuse they have to give. It's not the first time this has happened downtown. What's the use of getting here on time if their not gonna honor the doors schedule?
