People at this Post Office have been nothing but friendly for the 30 years I've lived in Milford. My ony complaint is that when subs deliver mail, watch out.

I have had horrible service with the Milford site. We have had them decide to put holds on our mail without approval, and upon calling to verify service, the management had a very nasty, unhelpful attitude. Apparently they are not responsible for making sure mail gets delivered every day.

I've called multiple times about a package that I never recieved. The lady keeps telling me she'll call me back but never does and when i call the next day its the same thing. All I want is the package I paid for yet no one seems to care to help me. The worst postal service ever!!!

Milford Michigan post office is horrible put bills in the mail 3 days ago and he still haven't picked it upno wonder the United States Postal Service is going downthe post office workers better start picking it up doing their jobbut I think you're too stupid to realize it till they're on unemployment don't have a jobhow hard is it to check people's mailboxes everyday if I didn't do my job I'd be on unemployment no wonder everybody switching to internet bill Payneand the lady inside the post office in Milford need to get a better attitude.so thanks Milford post office for making my bills late and I have to pay late fees .

In all the places I have lived, This is the worst service I have ever received from USPS. In the last 8 weeks I now have had all four of my USPS packages from Amazon, and other online companies marked as delivered and I haven't seen any of them. One of my packages was found lying in the snow at the edge of my Drive way and our Street. If I wasn't taking out the garbage I never would of received that package. Next, why do I only get mail twice a week and when I do get it I get at least twice as much as normal? To boot, I just tried calling this post office at 1:45pm four times and no one even answered the phone.

i ordered a package with 2 day delivery and my package has been sitting at the post office for 5 days now saying i need to pick up the package. why would i pick up a package i paid to get delivered to me in 2 days? makes no sense at all. whats funny is the day it was supposed to get delivered it was out for delivery and then went back to the post office. Also, we get mail only 3 times a week, sometimes less. my sick dad has to go to the post office and pick up mail multiple times a month. very poor service. Most definitely needs new management, because the current management SUCKS!!!!!!!

I have had bad service since I moved here. I get my neighbors mail & not mine, get magazines and dated sale material very late. The latest is I am waiting on a package that was scanned into the system on 2/1/14 Sat as "NOTICE LEFT(no authorized recipient available) which is odd since the package does NOT require a signature and I WAS HOME ALL DAY. No Package on Mon either, or Tues or Wed. I have called and talked to Jill and Will and was told that my package would be delivered if they had to do it themselves. I am tired of being lied to. No one has even attempted to delivery it. I was told there was a sub then he quit. My regular person is bad enough. My packages always look like they were thrown at the door, which would explain why I receive broken merchandise. Very disappointed in Milford Postal Service.

I ordered a package with 2 day shipping from the USPS this past thursday, January 2nd 2014, and as of yet i haven't received said package. I did however get a tracking number which informed me that my package was here in Milford today as of 9ish this morning. I was assuming i'd be receiving said package later that day, but was surprised to see that my tracking info had been updated with a message saying that they had attempted to deliver the package and had left a notice on my door as of 4:46 pm, which is very strange considering i was laying on my couch 1 room over at 4:46 pm and heard no knock, no doorbell ring, no package, and not even a notice. This is the sort of thing that absolutely infuriates me. I'm incredibly dissatisfied with my entire usps experience and now have a much more real understanding as to why they are being continuously upstaged by FedEx and UPS.

Wondering why somedays the mailman delivers mail 2x & skips other days? Also my magazines arrive very late. I just rrecieved my nov issue of good house keeping & it is dec 14th! I live on commerce rd. Just worried I may be missing some stuff! Help
