They think they can deliver checks when they want to they open the envelope if they see that it's a check and they read it to how much it is. They the make new envelope does like the one they take out of it mail to you. One time I saw the mail man was starting to put my mail in my mail box and l saw my name a address on it and. It was the correct address on it

I have filed a complaint on our route carrier who withholds the mail stating that the mailboxes at the curb were "blocked" as written on my mail received 2 days later. This has happened several times. They were not blocked, there was a car parked several feet away. People don't park in front of the boxes. He is too lazy to get out of the truck and put our mail in the boxes because he can't simply drive through. This is against USPS regulations. It is a public street! I can't control who parks in front of my house! I am a senior citizen who relies on the mail for my medications. I have had it.

We thought you should know both Mike and Bret (window service) and Dave (delivery) are customer care people. Very helpful and accommodating when dealing with issues related to our move that were really out of their control. We appreciate all three making this a nice customer experience for us with our move to Marquette. Regards, John & Nancy Daley 500 S Lakeshore Blvd Unit 13 Marquette, MI 49855

Great Service: We mailed an important letter with a large check enclosed. After going home realized there was not a stamp on the envelop! A lady post office employee was very helpful in solving the problem. Thank you MQT post office.

I had sent a package to Marquette and instead of delivering it it was sent back because the mail person was too lazy to use another door when the main entrance had a sign on it directing them to use another door. Now my package wont be there in time.
