A huge shout out to Patrice at Greenmead for going over and beyond for me on 3/25/24. Thought a package I mailed to Livonia was lost. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her! She is the epitome of Customer Service and should be recognized for that! She found it and it is now I. The hands of its owner! She is extremely professional, kind, and someone who obviously knows her job! Thank you Patrice!! Debbie Leonhardt, Fort Pierce Florida

I have to make a serious complain. I sent certified priority mail to AAA Life Insurance Company in Livonia, 17900 N. Laurel Park Dr., MI 48152. Tracking number 70212720000176005512. Why this mail has not deliver to addressee and still sitting in Post Office?

This is for the Greenmead Post Office in Livonia. We, my husband and I, have had the pleasure to deal with a very helpful, friendly and dedicated postal service person by the name of Dave Hogg. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to call the Greenmead Office with total failure but I wanted them to know how much we appreciate the service of Mr. Hogg. Lucille H. Fritz

On 12/14/15, I purchased postage stamps from a kiosk set up in the lobby of this branch. Credit/Debit card use was required form of payment. They used a tablet type device to process the payment.During my transaction a password had to be entered. They employee left with the device to find a supervisor. When she returned she asked for me card again, saying it didn't go through. She repeated the transaction. I signed ONCE and left. This morning I noticed TWO debits from my checking account in the exact same amounts to USPS. Not terribly concerned (because "of course" they would make it right.) I called first thing in the morning. The employee who answered advised I needed to speak with Lisa and that she'd be in around 11. I called back around 11:30 (because who wants to barraged with something the minute you show up at work. Lisa was unavailable and I left a message for her with the details of the mistake.I received a phone call back from the same employee I left the message with stating that there was nothing that they could do. They don't know how to issue refunds from that device. I would have to fill out a formal dispute of the charge through my credit union. I have never heard of anything so asinine or reeking of pure laziness before.
