Received a shipment today. Carrier left package in front of the closed garage door, directly behind my car parked inside the garage. Had I not heard the door of the delivery vehicle and had I been going somewhere today, I would have backed over this delivery. I have spoken to the PM at Lake Ann office about this before and she has directed that a notice be posted in my mailbox for parcels to be left on the porch. That notice is still in my mailbox. This appears to be a carrier that simply doesn’t care or just cannot follow directions. Please address this with your nail handlers. I certainly will be addressing with the shippers. Thank you.
