content://media/external/file/39471 your delivery person for Woodland Estates is LAZY and has made up numerous excuses as to why something couldn't be delivered.. They've also put my packages in parcel boxes and have "forgotten" to leave the key in my box or given it to someone else completely... I understand "estimated delivery dates and times" however don't understand where you get off just completely neglecting delivering mail.. And upon reading other comments it appears you people at the post office seem to enjoy not delivering mail to mobile home parks...Kalamazoo Co. Postal Service IS A JOKE, Employing nothing but lazy people.. If you don't want comments like this then I suppose you should employ legitimate people who actually DO their job instead of inconveniencing people who are just expecting their mail to be delivered...Oh and all but about two front desk employees at the Drake rd office are extremely rude and impersonal....

Today, Saturday, June 24, the mail deliverer drove past my mailbox at 6:25p.m. The flag was up on the mailbox, with 4 pieces of mail to go out. We heard the mail truck stop at the neighbor's house, but pass by ours. This is not acceptable, nor is mail delivery that does not occur until 5:00 p.m. or later on many days of the week on N. 10th Street in Kalamazoo. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I live in Royal Estates Mobile home park. I do not know who the delivery person is for this area. Today, 1-19-2017, he delivered my package and just dropped in my patio. not even close to the door. he was so slow getting the mail out of his SUV that I went in to grab my shawl. when I turned around he was already backing out of the drive and my package was on the floor as you enter the patio. I have a can and bending is very difficult. but went down the steps and walked the length of the patio to pick it up. I tried to get his attention and he just kept going. We usually have someone else's mail or magazines in our mailbox as well.

I live in Royal Estates mobile home park and our delivery person is Joe. Today Joe seemed to be in an even bigger rush than usual. After he filled the boxes there were two letters lying out in the street and he drove through the park at a minimum of 50 MPH. Our limit in the park is 15 MPH. It is a common thing to find someone else's mail in my box and others here have the same experience. Thank you for your attention in this matter. Louise Harvey
