The new Post Mistress, Becky, has created a toxic work environment for the others that work there. So far 2 drivers have quit and she likes to yell at customers as well as shoving other employees. Becky is incompetent and unqualified, because has no training as a Post Master. The only reason she is there is that she gets kicked out of other post offices for her stupidity and cruelty. She lives close to Interlochen, so the USPS gave her that post when it opened. She has been reported to the Postal Union and they are looking into the matter. BUT she is a "career employee," so it is doubtful anything will happen to her and she will continue her reign of terror here in Interlochen. I work for a company who has to deal with the Interlochen Post Office 6 days per week, and we pay to pick up our mail, but she treats us like we are a nuisance; even if it would cost the USPS money to give us a driver to deliver to us 3x's per day. (She has not worked there in the Summer when we have our huge camp going on. She will definitely crack and have a meltdown having to deal with that.) Just be prepared when you do business there that Becky is a menace.

Called twice, put on hold, no one answered, next time I called, I choose the option to have someone call back, then put on hold again, to be connected for my turn, when someone did talk to me, I couldn't hear her. Then the phone disconnected. Beyond my relm, I would like someone to call back again, so I can get some information.
