Hi, I move to HOM flesh apartment in holland MI , the entire build are not getting the mail in the proper mail box. Is been like that for more than 6 months.

I moved back to Holland from Forest Hills in December of 2022. I did my change of address online and all was good until yesterday. I signed up for informed delivery and was notified yesterday of 2 packages being delivered and a piece of mail from Holland Hospital. None of these items arrived yesterday or today so I called the post office. I talked to Heather. She was phenomenal. She informed me that a substitute postal worker was doing my route for the past 2 days. I gave her the tracking numbers for my packages. She said they had been forwarded to my old address and she didn’t know why. However, she also was able to track down the 2 packages at the Holland post office and they will be delivered to me tomorrow. She said the piece of mail from Holland Hospital will also be delivered back to me once it comes back to the Holland post office. I usually hate calling the post office because my experience has been that it does no good. Heather changed my mind. Look, I understand that being a substitute postal worker can be tough so I don’t blame them, it’s just an unfortunate situation that Heather helped solve. Thanks Heather, I will feel better about calling the post office if I need to in the future.

9:33AM - Drove to the Holland post office to mail package. Closed until 10am.... really?!!

The entire Holland Links Subdivision of 108 condo until did not receive any mail delivery on Monday Feb 3, Friday Feb 7 and it is now 5:00 pm on Saturday Feb 8. Why are we not receiving mail three days this week???

Hi We put in a temporary mail forwarding card and got our confirmation #2130 0118 0001 3440. Mail was to be forwarded starting November 8, 2021 and to date (12/2/2021) we have NOT received anything yet. PLEASE check and let me know when we can plan on a start of delivery. thank you.

I received an e mail telling me you package was delivered to Holland Post Office August 26. I have not received it. What’s the hold up? I can come and pick it up if the mailman is not able to deliver it.

An order from ebay was traced as delivered 10:01 PST 12-28-20 but all I got was junk mail, no packages.

I am waiting on a package that I ordered in August and on the app that I ordered it from as well as after tracking it it said it was delivered on September 12 but I did not receive it.

I was waiting for a package today but didn’t get it so I tracked it and it said that it was delivered Saturday 4/25/20 but I didn’t get anything.

You can gladly give them my name! I have had delivery issues for years.due to the post office changing my address. I have been lied to over and over. I worked for the state government for 40 years and I had to remind myself that I worked for the people! The Holland post office has forgotten who they work for! I have asked repeatedly for an appointment with the post master and they refuse to let e speak with him!

Drop box is locked sunday nights? I cant drop my mail off until first shift arrives? well that is not a 24/7 lobby then is it?

Mail carrier can't seem to put mail in correct boxes. This has happened on several occasions. people on Blair st are getting rather tired of this problem. Please find us a new carrier.

Very disappointed in a delivery we got on the 26th of October. The 2 packages were put on the side porch that we don't use very often. We didn't even ok now we got a delivery. The packages sat there for a couple of days in the rain. My sons package had several special one of a kind items that were water damaged . A notice would have been nice to tell us were the packages were placed.

very disappointed with our carrier service. Our mailbox is frequently left open and there has been mail thas has been missing/ blew out / not delivered when expected.

The post office has continued to forward my mail to my father who lives in Florida for some unexplainable reasons. I went down to post office twice now and talked to a manager. I signed a doc to make sure never occur again they tell me. Well its still happening and it has caused me huge drama and issues as I continue not receiving my mail. What is going on there???? They cost me large amount of money that I'm sick over.

The service at Holland Post office is ridiculous! I have been in there and talked to a supervisor. They call me back and still my address is incorrect!! Credit cards have been returned and my W-2's have been send elsewhere! Still is has NOT been resolved. When I call I get put into a voicemail box that is full. Another trip there I guess! This is crazy!
