Fill a bag day. I received a card in my mailbox to fill a bag and leave it at your mailbox. I filled 4 bags . My mail was delivered but they left the bags. Now I have 4 bags sitting on my porch that was not picked up by Highland Park mail man. Sad sad sad!

Hello, I recieved a package directly from my door on Saturday July 1st it did not sit out on my porch. Yet the package was extremely damaged and torn open and poorly retaped. I opened the damage package of clothes ordered from Macy's department store. Inside one of the garments was opened and damaged. It looked as it someone had actually tried on my clothing items before they were delivered. I would understand some damage if the items were suspicious but legally if there is no reason to open a package i can't understand why my clothing was open and unpackaged. It is against the law to open other peoples mail and personally i feel violated. This is not the first time this has happened- more then once i have recieved damaged goods from this post office. Around christmas i ordered a watch for my daughter. It was failed to deliver which was peculiar due to it not needing a signature. I went to the post office to pick up tbe watch because thats where the online shipping guided me to. I spoke with employees who claimed to not know where the watch was. After threatening to make a complaint, we were finally given the package- damaged and opened. Which once again is very suspicious after the post office workers claimed to not know of the watchs existance. This is highly illegal activity. The laws state that only under suspicious circumstances may the package be opened. More then once our packages have come damaged and opened, this is the last nice request we will take before I decide to take this up with the authorities. I will not continue to deal with the poor management and supervision of the employees in your office. It costs money to have the goods replaced that your employees damage. This needs to be handled with due diligence for further actions will result if I continue to recieve my goods damaged.
