Awesome hours guys! Keep up the good work for the convince for the general public who are at work longer than you’re even opened!!! Am I the only one who doesn’t work near the post office my home mail goes to? Sorry, but when someone sends certified mail, I’m at work from 8am-5pm if not longer …..longer than the post office is even open…..and when I’m working on Saturday, yup same thing at work longer than it’s open….some of us just don’t live on government operating time I guess, where we have to put in 40+ hours plus have a commute time, and it most definitely does fall between 8:30a and 5pm.

49534 post office is terrible and rude, they never answer they phone. I had a packaged that was delivered and they put it in someone else's mailbox i have been trying to track down my package and nothing yet. I am so furious because everyone is not honest or is kind to return a package that does not belong to them even if it was a mistake by the post office.

I used to have a postman that left large envelopes or packages either in my screen door or under my porched in roof. Now I have had packages left in the snow in front of the door and had a large mailing envelope left on the porch. It fell to the ground and was opened. I was supposed to get a book and I don't know if someone stole or if it was opened during delivery. How difficult is it to walk another 4 feet to my porch or screen door to properly place a package or large envelope?

I was expecting medication in the mail today. I stood watching the mailman out by the road wondering what was taking so long. He parked there for a minute or so. Then he left went to get the mail and he left sorry we missed you while you were out they attempted to deliver my package but no one was home. He didn’t even bother coming to my door. Now I don’t know how to get my medicine.

This has got to the worst post office in Michigan. Since when are packages NOT DELIVERED on Saturdays? I have 4 packages that have been waiting there and weren't delivered today. This needs to be addressed. Packages should still be delivered on Saturday and this will be going up the chain of command as this isn't the first time it has happend

Everyone complains about the post office. As an Air Force veteran who spent many many years in South Korea and West Germany, the mail was tremendously important to us and personally did wonders for morale. I live at Grandview Apartments and we have a mailman named Bill. I was expecting some live fish in the mail tomorrow. Bill had finished for the day when he saw the box waiting for me at the post office. Bill took the box, drove to my apartment, knocked on my door, and handed me the fish. Happily, they are fine. Bill is a great guy. He is an excellent example of combining friendliness with professionalism. He makes the job look easy and I assure you that it isn't. I hope this is read by Bill's supervisor. He goes above and beyond routinely and I don't know anyone here who wouldn't agree.

Mail is not delivered on our street daily (Cherry Run CT NW). How can I find out what days you plan to deliver? Why is the phone not answered at the Northwest Station?
