I had an appointment today at 2:15 at 32455 W 12 mile rd Farmington Hills post Ofice to apply for my daughter passport. So both parents have to be there to sign. I left work early and also i went and pick up my wife from work to go and finish the application. We walked in the post office at 2:05 and it was slow no line or nothing the agent who does the passport application saw us 3 walked in and went somewhere we waited and waited for 30 more minutes and she never came back. One of the employees said that she went to lunch break!! We had to leave to take my wife back to her work and we waited half a day for nothing. We are not happy at all and we’re just warning other people about this post office in Farmington Hills Michigan.

During the busy time I was asked in there were six people ahead of me I am waiting for over half an hour with two people working as slow as possible
People in the back screaming and enjoying while nobody else comes to the window to help
This is very pathetic while the line is now 20 people long

MY post office put the wrong zip code on my mail to Utah 48335 wrong number instead of 84335 and a whole different address I don't understand why my package isn't send back to sender. Post office has made a few attempts to deliver. The address is not there. I call the post office and no answer. Please help. Thank you

I'm having the same problem. The package should have gone to Fowlerville not Farminton. Both cities share zip code 48336. According to tracking info it's sitting there. It's a congratulations to my niece who is expecting. I'm disappointed. They wanted to replace my order but it would take another 10 days. Finally, the representative offered to replace it with the Mystery Box at no cost to me. My order was $9.99, the cookies were 3 pink, 3 blue. Idk what the Mystery Box will be, it's 36 cookies and buttercream is included. That made me happy. That's the kind in the original box. I'm sure mom, baby and dad will enjoy. I stayed on the phone until he completed the order and assured me it was going Fowlerville, MI. The situation was fixed. Just not with what I ordered.

Post office lost my certified letter going to an attorney which was very important a month ago I.sent an email no answer called no answer.Now sent another email mailbox is full can not leave a message called phone number no answer very frustrating.

We all know USPS is awful, but for real... I can't even get anyone to answer the phone to assist with getting a package that USPS NEVER DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE! What is the point of USPS anymore? Why are we paying these employees when they can't do something as simple as answer the phone?

What is wrong with this post office? My mail from Illinois to Farmington regularly takes at least a week to get to my family in Farmington, but mail to others in Redford and Southfield just a few days.
An important package took 7 months to arrive with no explanation!

This is the worst mail service I have ever had. Inconsistent. I had something from Illinois sent to me 3 weeks ago and it still isn’t here. I also have packages that the tracking says are supposed to show up today. Still not here. What the hell is going on? I haven’t got mail in 3 days.

I haven’t gotten the mail from Jan 30 Wednesday, Jan 31 Thursday, or February 1 Friday. Got mail today but only what I was supposed to. I understand because of the weather we didn’t get mail Wednesday and Thursday don’t no why I didn’t get mail yesterday. I get emails everyday on what I’m getting. I hope I get the rest of my mail monday. Was to get important mail on those days. Tuesday and today are the only two days I got mail. I want my mail

Beyond unprofessional! I have tried multiple times throughout the day to call the local Farmington Hills post office as well as the toll-free number sitting up the hold for over 1/2 hour. I was dumped off each line, each time without speaking to one person, but just inadvertently call dropped! I need an answer on why I am not getting any mail As I do not have a hold mail on my household!

Package shipment issue
I have been trying to call the Farmington Hills, MI office many times to reroute a package. It is first going through FedEx and then to the post office, so the tracking number right now is associated with FedEx. The address on the package is my previous address and I am passed the one year mark for forwarding the package to my new address. The phone at the post office in Farmington Hills just keeps ringing and then goes to a busy signal. I would like for someone to call me so I can take care of this issue. Marion Gordon 248-231-1046
