On Saturday there's nobody to answer the phone at the carrier position after 1pm (mail is delivered at about 1pm) - Today a piece of mail that was intended for another street in town, was delivered to my door... Day before yesterday a piece of mail intended for another street in town arrived and we dropped it back off at the post office and IT came back to us today!! - SOMEONE isn't checking the address' in the TO blocks on this mail ! and there's NOBODY to talk to at the POST OFFICE after 1pm! I consider the US POSTAL SERVICE no longer 'A Service'... USA, Retired

Mail Tampering and Fraud Richard Deno Wed, Jul 27, 2016 at 3:37 PM To: Cc: , , , , , , , Mr. Adams USPS Postmaster, I am sorry to have to report, you seem to have had the right person, wrong name. Today, at about 1:30 PM, Angie (maiden name Doherty?) dropped off a plastic garbage bag worth of withheld mail going back to June!  (see attachments 1-10) She states I deserved this treatment and that she does not have to deliver my mail. Taking her anger out against me would have been bad enough.  That she did it to two other people and interfered with R.I.C.O. is unforgivable. This mail affects 3 people, Maryann Steede, who missed appointments; Richard Deno (myself), has missed bills, was deprived of medications, lost benefits, lost bond, missed jury duty; and Jason Goodwill, currently in a R.I.C.O. Suit and other legal matters!!! and also lost benefits. As is evident from the photos and scans attached, mail from Judges, the Attorney General, DOC, other Attorney's have all been tampered and withheld. Court dates have been missed and have resulted in Felony charges for bond violation and missing orders to appear. Postal workers swear an oath 39 U.S. Code § 1011 - Oath of office This postal worker has interfered with a witness, tampered with mail, committed mail fraud, committed oath-breaking which amounts to treason. The courts, office of the inspector general, office of consumer affairs, and others involved are being notified. The USPS has been notified, Mrs. Tomeka, who passed this up to the Inspector General - Ann (866)644-5696, who passed it up to the Office of Consumer Affairs - Postal Crimes Division (616)776-6144 who were out for lunch and have yet to respond. In the matter of Writ of Error Coram Nobis and subsequent Non Judice, Order of Default and Order of Void, the wording of failure to respond merely becomes a Denial by Sheboygan judge Angela Sutwiewicz, but otherwise holds no change. As Goodwill's legal matters span multiple states and courts, this is a situation beyond his understanding of law. Although attorney Timothy Cain sent multiple posts, he, nor anyone else, at no point called his client and as such Mr. Goodwill was entirely unaware of the court dates missed as a result of these postal crimes. Given the Order of Void, this may be mute, but once again, this is beyond understanding of law.
