Staff at the Douglas Post Office are terrible. Rude, condescending and unprofessional.

It sure would be nice if the retail hours could be open later then 4:30pm. Our household works and we can never pick up a package M-F during the week. Saturday mornings only have a 2 hour slot which we can't always make either. Thus our packages end up taking up space and are delayed in getting picked up. Our town has no delivery at the residence so we are restricted with the retail hours of 8-4:30 M-F. Thank you.

I used to go to the Saugatuck post office
there NOT so nice or helpful
