This post office is terrible. I have been calling to see why I haven’t gotten mail in 2 days. I live in a 2 family flat and no one has gotten mail. Nobody on my block has gotten mail. I understand it’s cold and a shortage of employees however people still want their mail. No on never answered the phone to me. My son is a mail carrier for a different post office. He works real late to make sure people gets their mail and packages every day. I have important mail coming and can’t get it. What do the higher ups plan on doing about this problem? I want my mail every day when I’m suppose to get it. Thanks.
Hello I recognize that there is a employees shortage because of the pandemic but what it be easier if you would just let the residents come pick their meal up if they could what’s wrong with that?
I installed the informed mail app to my pc. Today I was supposed to receive 3 pieces of mail. It is now 7:03 P.M., and still NOTHING!!!! I'm so sick of this post office!! DO YOUR JOB!!! This isn't the first time I've had an issue with not receiving my mail. I have lived in the same house for 12 yrs, and still my mail gets sent to my neighbors house or don't receive mail period! People PLEASE get this right!! Thank you!!!!
I visit this Post office in the Morning and Afternoon. However the clerk in the evening is always smiling and very Courteous to the customers. She is the best thing about Livernois Post Office. She should teach the others how to treat customers!!!!!!!
Today is Friday October 18, 2018. I am currently on the phone with the postal office located at 3969 Livernois, in Detroit. It is currently 4:18 And I have been on hold now for about 15 mins. My wait time before some will respond is 43 minutes. I am calling to report that I constantly keep getting my neighbor(s) mail, And If I am getting their mail nine times out of ten they are getting mines. Please take care,of this issue with your carriers, because this is happening too frequently.
