I'm only getting mail delivery every two or three days (I have Informed Delivery so I know what should be delivered). A month or so ago, I did not get mail delivery for four consecutive days, and when I spoke to someone from the Kensington P.O., I was told that the carrier had been out for a few days. But non-delivery has become a chronic problem. It's entirely unacceptable. Is this office understaffed due to lack of funds or some difficulty in hiring?

There is an angry group of women that basically rule this post office. I'm assuming because they can't get others there to work in that area. However there has to be another way these evil women will tamper with your mail throw your mail in the trash and even take your packages and you will never see them again. I witnessed it I even told one postal worker that you are dropping meal and she said F her I don't like her anyway. In the area's they're supposed to deliver to. You can most definitely expect to receive your mail late and if you complain there will definitely be retaliation. Especially since they have your home address. More people need to speak up things like this should not happen nor should people like this be employed by our government. This is Despicable please help.

The sense of urgency at this location lacks tremendously. The care for residents without transportation is not epathetic. The mail carrier leaves my mail to get wet in the mailbox or leaves packages in snow as opposed to simply knocking on the door. Resulting in packages being stolen multiple occasions. Also, I've requested several redeloveries where I'm informed that this location is understaffed for carriers somit would be postponed. However, I'll still receive other mail and packages the same day i request a re delivery. There needs to be new management or supervision at this location. I've been patient; it's just gotten worst.
