I called in the middle of June reporting that we weren't getting mail at St Clare of Montefalco Schoo,16231 Charlevoix, Grosse Pointe Park mi 48230 For two days after that we received mail. ALL Summer we haven't gotten any mail I know should have gotten something---we have bills to pay and Tuition payments to receive . I know our parking lot is under construction but the sidewalk to the building is open. Thank you

I’ve been going inside the post office for the past two months to pick up mail. I went to the office yesterday, April 29, and the building is shut down. My family and I receive bills and other mail that has due dates on them. Unfortunately, we can abide by those dates because the mail doesn’t arrive in a timely manner. Those companies that it sending the letters are not coming considering the mail issue. They want their money when it is due .

We have an excellent postman who I will make sure it is known to higher postal authorities. Sure as heck, the last 3 days we have not received mail and I know for sure I did not get my GP News which always comes on Thursday and tax info I guaranteed would have come this last Friday. Saw your truck on my block but no mail. I've had with your substitute people. Fix this mess and hire a decent manager.

Not receiving mail. I see the daily scans of the mail pieces on my Informed Delivery account, but they never arrive. On the VERY rare occasion I do get mail, it is only for that day, none of the late pieces. Does anyone know if the older pieces are collected somewhere that I pick them up myself??

Have had continuing issues with mail delivery from this post office for years. No mail for 7 days currently. A package out for delivery for more than 24 hours. Mail has been found strewn all around the neighborhood. Misdelivered to wrong houses. Things lost for weeks. Notices claiming no access to my house. Claims of a dog that does not exist. Claims of weather conditions preventing delivery when weather is good. So tired of this

I becoming really upset. There were two packages to be delivered on June 8 2020 by 8pm. Received a text that they were delivered, nothing. Went to the tracking page and the reply was Delivery attempted, no access to location. That is BS, plus they didn’t deliver all my mail either. It shows on informed delivery what is suppose to be delivered. They have lost my daughters documents, we get mail for addresses that is no where near us. I even confronted one yesterday as I watched her just throw the mail on the porch. Tried to get her name but she took off in the truck. Tried calling but you can’t ever get through. I want my packages delivered today no exceptions, if I don’t receive them there will be legal action taken. So please deliver them with my other mail that has been missing. Thank you

I just read the review posted a year ago and here we are a year later and same old thing. Yes, I understand the virus has been a problem but I’ve been waiting 3 business days for a letter from a dr office less than 7 miles away from me. I need the letter ASAP to get testing done before a procedure. It’s looking like the procedure could be canceled due to this. I will have to try to get the dr to duplicate the papers and go pick them up myself. I’m done using the post office. I will pay extra thru a ground carrier to deliver to me directly or use amazon. They are dependable.

Worst post office ever. They’ve had my packages for days! Tracking on the website I ordered from stated “delivery attempt was made and instructions were left”. That is completely false. They didn’t need a signature for the item, I live in a house (my address isn’t a PO box or apartment) and they’ve delivered here before, AND I was home all day....there was NO attempt made. Today the postal truck stopped in front of our house then drove away with no delivery attempt made. What the heck??!! If this was an anomaly I wouldn’t have an issue but it’s business as usual. Our street doesn’t even get mail delivery every day! This happens throughout the Grosse Pointe Park area as I have learned from talking to other are area residents. Additionally we regularly get mail for addresses in other cities like Oak Park, as well as mail for people 2 & 3 streets over. You need to figure out what’s going on at Fox Creek station. It’s a mess, and has been for a very, very long time. And in the meantime I’m still waiting for my packages
