I am having my mail sent to my daughters home I’ve been doing this for some time but for some reason mail keeps going to my home, my personal bank checks sat in my mail box for over a week and recently my water bill sat in my mailbox for over a month now I have to pay a late fee which I shouldn’t have to pay when I go to the post office I always get. Different excuse why can’t I get this problem resolved?

The other day I received my neighbors mail in my mailbox. I went next door and returned it in person unopened. When I seen the carrier the next day, he stated he was on vacation. Today I look in my mailbox and see that my mail was opened by someone whom sent it back to the office which led to the post office placing a plastic we care film over it. My question to you is, instead of placing a plastic film over my mail how about making sure that it gets delivered to it's correct location by holding these carriers accountable? I know my neighbors are noisy, so let's try not to help them get information on us.

Mailed my final property tax payment 5 days before the due date at the mailbox at Clawson Shopping Center. It had a whopping 7 tenths of a mile to it's destination. On March 3, 2022 the City of Clawson returned my check because they said it was late. My $587.94 tax payment is now due $$638.72 with penalties due to the ineptness of the Clawson Post Office or the Clawson City Clerk. I cannot prove postmark because, obviously the recipient destroyed my envelope. Just another govt. money-grab, no doubt blamed on covid. Covid, covid, covid. The easy way to escape responsibility.

I put mail in my box to go out 2 days ago and it is still in my mail box. The flag is up, but no pick up. Frustrated.

According to the information provided by usps https://about.usps.com/newsroom/covid-19/ This post office is not following guidelines. The post office had over 20 customers in a very small space with no social distancing.

Great service. Always positive attitude with vizibile joy to help customers.
I have using this place for 2 years weekly and so farr never had an issue or even an anoyance.
Everyone is polite and civilized and lines are muving fast.
Once in a while you'll get the dificult customer with 500 questions .... nothing we can do about that.

We found our week old mail in our back yard covered in snow today. Yes, back yard. How the hell did it get there and is there any other mail buried under the snow? We found a Netflix and two letters from the Secretary of State for license renewal in our back yard. Two weeks ago we had to report a damaged disk to Netflix because it was snapped in half. This crap shouldn't happen and we need a response.
