Good morning. Just to make you aware. For the last several days there has been mail delivered to my mailbox that doesn’t belong to me. Mostly neighbor's mail. My concern is my mail being misdirected. I have a neighbor where if misdirected mail showed up in his mailbox, it would be discarded. Thank you Gerry and Carolyn Weidenfeller 8896 East 30 ½ Road Cadillac, Mi. 49601

I have important things being shipped to me thru usps, they will show in my informed delivery e mail but take forever to get here. There’s also days no mail delivery even comes at all. What is going on there? And yet you raise prices every 6 months, for what!!! Unacceptable!

I live in a Moble home park where our mail is delivered to a bank of mailboxes and parcel lockers. Today (again) parcels were stuffed to tightly into the parcel lockers provided, and I was unable to remove them from the front due to the “lip” on the front side. I had to tear the boxes apart to get to the contents (again). I’ve complained, by phone, to the post office more than once. This has happened in my regular mail box as well. There seems to be no supervision and it’s very frustrating.

Totally Useless I was unable to find out what the name of the postmaster is. Phone-in Options did not allow for that information. Again totally useless

I think the post office itself is great and staff are friendly, but as far as my mail lady goes she's awful! We always get other people's mail when THEIR address is written right and she always hands our mail out wrong, one time I was expecting a BANK CARD and still hadn't gotten it I was getting mad. Then my neighbors informed me they had my mail and it seemed important sure enough it was my card!!!! Maybe select better delivery people cuz that was bull crap! I shouldn't be wondering where my IMPORTANT mail is smh...
