I'm tired of our irate mail carrier. If she worked anywhere else she'd be fired.

My Name is Glenn Bouwkamp. I live at 2115 84th St SW Apt 19. On Saturday, April 19 a package was to be delivered to me at the above address. This the Byron Center Manor, where I live. Reports say that it was delivered, but we/I have not been able to find it. The tracking number is WI002873160963FPL. Would you ask the person who delivered the package where he/she placed it. The package had a computer in it. Thank You, Glenn Bouwkamp

Hello, I live in the Stevens Points condos off of 84th st. There are 80 condos in our complex with 3 locations for the mail. We are an elderly community and most of us have to walk to those locations. It would be very helpful if the mail delivery would be in a window that we could count on. Even if it was an hour window the same time each day. As it is now, delivery is anywhere between 9:30-noon. Like today, no delivery yet and it is 12:45. Thanks you for your consideration.

We have lived in Byron Center 48 years and I can set my clock by what time the mail lady gets here. I have only had one misdelivery in all the years I've lived here and that was because the name was correct but the numbers were not. Great Job

Slow and really don't care. Our fantastic government employees at their best - not.

Since we moved in this area 5 years ago, we have had many issues with the mail delivery: numerous mail from people that do not live here; neighbors receiving our mail; mailbox stuffed with packages to the point that we were not able to get them out without a lot of effort and the chance to rip the package; mail delivery person knocking pretty darn hard on our glass window door using her hand-held machine (we have camera's, this is how we found out); missing mail (we can see online what mail to expect that day since the mail is scanned); requests that were not followed when we were on vacation; etc. We have called with our complaints (and even offered suggestions) many times and spoken to the manager at the BC postal office. And frankly, we are tired of calling every time that there's an issue, because not much seems to be done about it. Probably because the Union protects all the workers, even though they are not consistently performing at their best. We even wonder if the manager actually does talk to the carrier(s) once complaints are called in. We used to live in Wyoming for over 20 years, and I can count on one hand the issues we had there in all those 20+ years. We are not impressed with the BC Postal Service.

I'm pretty impressed with the Byron Center Post office. They recently delivered mail to me that had the wrong street name - which wasn't even close to the correct one - on it and they took the time to make sure it got to me. Thanks!!!

We live in Railside and have been getting a significant amount of mail delivered to the wrong address. Recently we are missing two of our prescription that show as delivered that we never received.
