I had mail in my mailbox today so I know the mail carrier came but she left my manila envelope that was pre-labeled with a USPS postage paid label. She left the package with the new mail in my mailbox. The mail carriers don’t care about people, just themselves and I’ve had many problems with mine.

South entrance curbside parking used by employees blocking public access to P.O. Boxes especially license Malibuu today all six curbside spots full with employees cars. Indignant and thoughtless.

I have been trying many many many times to call the Bloomfield Hills branch post office on South Blvd, It just rings off the hook and then it's disconnected. I am unable to physically go to the branch to tell them I am not getting my forwarding mail. It's VERY frustrating!!! I must of tried 30 times this phone # given to me (248) 332-3981

We went here to submit an expedited passport renewal. we made an appointment, showed up on time, were not seen for 15 minutes. Once seen we were told there was nobody there that knew how to process a passport. We were able to get the picture taken but after some time had passed and the clerk answered 15 questions from an old man yelling from not in line, we were told to come back tomorrow as we did not have time to wait, hence scheduling an appointment. So we left and came back only to be told that we need another appointment to be seen. We asked for an exception because of the circumstance of the prior day and were told by the only person that could help us with the passport, that it was time for their break and they could not help us. So off they went on break and us sitting there with no options but to leave and go elsewhere or wait 45 minutes. I would give this a .5 stars out of 5 as we were able to accomplish about .05% or what we set out to accomplish.

Carrier delivery issues. I received a notice from the 48th District Court today time stamped August 30, 2019, notifying of a hearing on September 13, 2019. Today is September 17, 2019...talk about snail mail.

Terrible customer service. I am out of town, need help with premium forwarding service, which is not cheap. The phone rings and rings and then disconnects. What is the problem with these people??

This has to be the worst service I have ever had. I am trying to find out how to get a lost mailbox key replaced but no one ever answers the phone. It just rings and rings and rings then it goes to a busy signal.

Horrible service. The office will not answer the phone number above (248) 332 - 3981. The employees are never kind and happy in the lobby when waiting on a customer. It makes going to the post office an awful experience.

We have not been receiving our mail in a timely manner. New postal employees with no accountability (such as with a regular carrier.). Lately we have missed receiving bills, have received mail from neighbors offices at different addresses (still local). Disappointing service!
