I have a niece at Ferris and she rarely gets any mail I send her. I've sent 2 pieces so far and neither have arrived. Can you help me? At least to see it it at least gets to you?

Our forwarded mail is still not being forwarded after almost two months. Talked to D Bentley he assured us packages were there and would be forwarded a month ago still nothing. Our vacation will be over and we will be heading home soon so what happens to our mail then? Talked to our FL post office they don’t have this going on. Can’t call big rapids post office or email them. No answer and rejected emails.
