I was supposed to receive a package and haven’t seen a single mail truck. Called and no one answered, if you are not going to deliver mail give people a reason!.

I tried to call to ask about P.O. Box Rental prices and could not get someone to answer the phone. I left my phone number to get this information and have not got a call back. Can I get this information on this site????

They do not have a phone at this site so I called the East Winthrop post office and they are the nicest bunch of people and helped me with a problem. Thank you East Winthrop!

I am the on-site manager for mobile home community and have made several calls to this post office to find out when the mailman will be in the community so I can assign a mailbox to a new tenant. No one answers the phone regardless of what time you call or how many times your call. You can't even leave a message . This is the worst post office I've ever dealt with I've tried the 800-number and I've gotten nowhere there too.
