I have not received mail in three days. I received the emails for Thursday, Friday and today showing that I have mail coming and it still has not been delivered!! It happened earlier in the week as well. Getting mail delivered once a week!

I haven’t gotten my mail in three days but get daily emails showing me I have time sensitive mail for all three days. The usps hotline has a “ten to 17 hour wait time”!!!!! NO ONE answers the local post office numbers. You cannot reach a human being. I’m beyond disgusted.

I have a small business and depend on USPS pickup from my location. It really peeves me when I get a notification my parcels were “successfully” picked up when they are still sitting outside. Some of these packages are time sensitive and therefore I suffer the consequences. THANK YOU SOUTH PORTLAND POSTAL SERVICE …. You messed up AGAIN!

My mail was supposed to be delivered to my coworkers house in south portland. She gets emails stating what she is supposed to receive in the mail the day of. I have yet to recieve my w2, so I went to the post office and they gave me a number to be in contact with their supervisors. It has been an ongoing problem for two weeks trying to get ahold of these people. Either their mailbox is full, or I leave messages and never receive a call back. This has been ongoing problem and I'm more than a little upset that nobody has returned my calls or try to help me in any way.

FOR SOME REASON OUR MAIL IS BEING SHOVED UNDER THE BACK DOOR AND OUR OUTGOING MAIL IS NOT BEING PICKED UP. I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS WE HAVE BEEN HERE 26 YEARS HAVE A HUGE SIGN OVER THE FRONT DOOR AND FRONT WINDOWS. I EVEN POSTED A SIGN ON THE BACK DOOR. THIS HAS GONE ON FOR THREE DAYS

Marie and Chris are fantastic (polite and hardworking), as is our regular mail man, Scott. We are very pleased with the South Portland postal services.

A So Portland well-respected resident posted this on Facebook tonight: "Warning regarding the post office near Millcreek. I waited outside today from about 4:40 to 4:55 because of “social distancing lines” and finally came in from the freezing cold; there were only three people ahead of me but not moving into the marked spots; there were about six or eight people still outside waiting. The line moves slowly. When I got to the front of the line, one of the employees told the woman behind me that she was the last person she would help; people that were in line walked all inside about at the same time; she left her window to lock the door, while screaming at everyone about how irresponsible we all were to show up at the last minute she expect to be helped. She was slamming doors and continued yelling at everyone. A man in the line told her that she should stop treating all of us like unruly children, and told her that she was behaving unprofessionally. She stated yelling at him telling him that the other (quiet and nice) employee had no obligation to help anyone after five and told him to leave; he said he would not leave and she continued yelling; I left... I was getting an anxiety attack from her yelling. She may have been having a bad day, but nobody deserves to be yelled at the way we did. If you go late in the day, even if it is before 5. you may have to wait outside in the cold, and have the door locked in your face before you can even go in." I am new to SoPo and refuse to go there anymore even before this. I use UPS even if I pay more for stamps

The other day -- 2/12/19 -- we put a letter with a check (300.00 ) out in our mail box for the mail person to take. He took it good it was off to the addresse . Well much to our surprise about 2 days later a neighbor knocked on our door holding a very mangled envelope he had found in the snow on his drive way !! This was going to our lawyer and we thought it had made it there !!! Please tell your people to be careful with all the mail they are supposed to take care of !!

On 7/3 I brought a sample of my daughters wedding invitation in to the Mill Creek branch to determine postage and spent a considerable amount of time making sure it was correct. On 7/5 I mailed 100 of those invitations with the postage determined by your employee/office. Today I received of the 5 invites with an Auburn address back because of postage. I took them back to your post office and was told by a different employee that they are larger (very slightly) than standard and needed more postage. She also said that the ones that were delivered most likely had postage due. She re-mailed the Auburn ones which now look like they have been through a war. If you have any idea the time and expense and care that goes into wedding invites you will understand why I am extremely upset. I'm dreading the return of others and will be mortified if my guests had to pay to receive them. I would like a response to this please.
