This is yet another time, where my medication that I need from the VA has sat in their distribution center and entire day without being moved. Instead of telling me that they didn’t put on the truck or it’s not coming it says that it’s going to be delivered that day. If they didn’t lie to me, and tell me it’s going to be delivered today. I could make arrangements to somehow pick it up because it’s vital to my health. What a joke this place is. Whoever is running this facility is awful and you can bet I’m going to be talking to our state senators.

I had a package that was shipped from Walmart and was supposed to be out for delivery on Monday December 4, 2023., however the package was not delivered and I have been over a week now fighting with the Scarborough postal service to deliver my package but the are refusing to deliver the package for only God know what reason probably because the think they are the dictators of our mail, I have tried reaching out to everyone from the Scarborough Post office to consumer affairs and no one will return phone calls nor will anyone from the postal service give me any reason why they are holding my package. I really are at my witts end with these people and they need to be held accountable to someone because I believe it is illegal to hold someones mail for no good reason at all other than they thing they are God Like.

I sent a package 7 days ago with the option of being delivered 3 days . Instead of sending the package to the destination they keep moving it further and further making almost impossible to be delivered in less time. I tried to reach them through phone and in person and did not offer any solution. Package will be sitting there because there will be nobody to pick it up on time. The conclusion I get is that USPS wants to force you to use the express delivery for next time making it more expensive for customers

I mailed a priority package from 04555, Nobleboro, ME to 02360, Plymouth, MA, on 1/9/2023. It was sent to Southern Maine distribution center who in tern sent my priority package to Sioux Falls, SD!! Last time I checked, MA and SD don’t look anything alike! I have no clue where my package is now! UNACCEPTABLE!!

HORRIBLE!!!!! According to tracking a package I was expecting was processed at the Southern Maine Distribution Center on September 23, 2022. It is still there on October 17. I filed a lost package report on Oct 6. The post office closed the case on Oct 13 without telling me the package has been found, and without delivering it. I live in Portland, 10 miles from the Dist Center. My carrier told me that mine is not the only package missing, a full container of packages has been traced into the SMDC, none of those packages has left. The PO is not reliable, and deals with complaints by burying the complaints.

I am experiencing the same problem that many here are complaining about. Since I cannot make contact through my local post office or at the carrier center in Scarborough I must register my complaint here. I had a package that came from china. It still has not made it to me. My package has been at the Southern Maine Distribution Center for now 3 mo. This is crazy. I am now putting in a missing package and that is taking up allot of my time. Can't even get help through the post office. Even the company that I bought it from will not help me.

International package arrives at the Southern Maine Distribution Center and then gets shipped to Jamaica, Ny distribution center. They send back to Southern Maine and then it gets sent back to Jamaica, NY. It’s now in Jamaica, Ny for the forth time. Unfortunately it is first class mail and USPS can do nothing about it. Customer service says the label is damaged, but a scan by our local office shows that is not the case. Last time I use USPS for anything of value.

My package was supposed to arrive today and it’s Monday. It has been stuck at this facility since last Friday. You are an hour and a half away from me no reason it couldn’t have made it on Saturday not to mention Monday since that’s even longer. No updates since Friday nothing. This always happens it gets stuck at this facility. Something is clearly going on when everyone complains about the same thing on 1 facility.

Your service is stinks. There is no way to enter a tracking number by voice, thus it is near impossible to use your tracking service with a mobile device. Once again, the USPS provides inadequate service. You can't even find my residence to make a delivery.

I sent a package via certified / return receipt mail. It arrived in the Scarborough Carrier Facility on 2/17/22. No further information is available! Very frustrating....Where is my package?

I've had three packages in the past 2onths go missing directly "Shipped From The Southern Maine Distribution Center" and then never arrive. Always at 12-3am. Someone at Distribution center is stealing packages once they are scanned

I am experiencing the same problem that many here are complaining about. Since I cannot make contact through my local post office or at the carrier center in Scarborough I must register my complaint here. On February 18, 2021 I sent a priority ($8.55) package to my family in Phoenix Arizona. As of today, March 1st, 2021 that package has not been delivered or returned to me. Since I cannot raise a human being I am attempting to find out where that package is as of today. I have already checked and tracked the package, have paid extra for informed delivery and still don't know where that package is. It is in limbo somewhere and it would be appreciated if you folks would answer your phones. I have exhibeted extreme patience but this package was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 business days yet we still have no more information available nor can we raise a human being to at least pretend that you care if our packages are delivered/received or not.

My Priority Mail package reached your facility on Feb 17 according to tracking info. Then it apparently disappeared into thin air. There is no more information about its whereabouts on the tracking site. It should have been delivered 7 days ago to Pennsylvania. Where is it?

2 consecutive days of mail mis deliveries to our cluster box on Theresa Masse Ln. 22 Theresa Masse Ln mail delivered to 20 Theresa Masse Ln, 20 Theresa Masse Ln delivered to #18 and 18 Theresa Masse Ln delivered to #16...do not know where mail for #16 delivered to.

1) Our new mail carrier on Burnham Road is not closing our mailbox door most of the time. 2) I completed a hold mail request at the Scarborough post office on 12/18 to hold the mail from 12/19 thru 12/28 and yet the mail was still delivered on 12/19 and 12/20 so far. Why isn’t the mail being held?
