The Palermo Post Office is a joke. The person behind the counter is rude. The hours that it is open are horrible. And what's up with the place being closed for "technical" difficulties for days on end?

The absolute worst post office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The person behind the counter was extremely rude and not helpful at all. All I stop there to do was to see if I could pick up my mail before work as I had something coming in the mail that was over $1000 and all I was told with a snide attitude was “nope the males not ready yet” about 15 times. First of all, I only asked one question. Therefore I don’t need to be told no the males not ready yet repeatedly instead why don’t you lose the attitude and actually say something helpful like it will be done probably around such such a time . I have lived in four different towns and none of them were as horrible as this one. I don’t know the name of the person was there today however I am going to call and find out because they seriously need to take a customer service class. If you can’t have pride in your work at least have pride in the way that you treat People.
