Called this morning to report lots of mail being misdelivered to me and ask about my mail not arriving. They cut me off twice and put me on hold, then hung up... No happy

This is day 5 with no mail. They go by and do not stop yet informed delivery says I have at least 30 pieces coming with bills due in 7 days. Do they not realize that there are late fees on some of these? This is the second time this has happen. I understood the first time when I talked to someone. This time no one is answering the phone. Really you need to get your act together.

Very poor service from this Post Office (Oxford, Me04270). They've had my package since Saturday, May 8, and still not delivered today, May 11...bogus excuse (front door not accessible)? Tomorrow will make the 5th day they've had my package in their possession??
