5th time in the last two months they have screwed up my package. This time they delivered one and SENT THE OTHER BACK UNDELIVERABLE! Same address same day and they just said screw it I'm gonna mark this one return to sender. Absolutely the worst postal experience in my life!

I buy alot on line and I never know whether it will be delivered to me, a neighbor or like today, I got an email stating it was held at the post office per my request. I did NOT request that. It happens more often than not. I keep telling them to deliver all mail including packages. I have never had so much trouble with a post office as I have with Hampden.

I’ve had mail there that’s sat for almost a month that hasn’t been delivered to me, and anytime I try to call to see if they have my package, no one picks up the phone. I only live an hour away from hampden, how did it take that long to deliver mail?

I had a package out for delivery yesterday that I did not get. I find it interesting that today I received a Scam text message telling me that if I wanted my package delivered, I'd have to send someone $3.00. So, is the post office scamming people to stay afloat, or is an employee running a scam out of the Hampden Distribution Center, you people can't even answer the phone? you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for providing pro service.

No one is available to answer the phone and I’m unable to leave a voicemail. Poor service, trying to locate misdirected mail.

I'm trying to contact someone at the Hampden Post Office who can answer some basic questions about USPS providing shipping services for an at-home business I'm starting here in Hampden. No one is picking up. Not a good start... I think I'll go to UPS/FedEx instead.

Was tracking an important package all day, while working from home and got notified that it was not deliverable because there was no secure place to leave it, and that a notice was left at my mailbox. However, there was no notice left, and not brought to my front door like usually happens with a box that doesn't fit. I understand USPS is super behind and busy, but I truly feel like this was just laziness. The package contained items of value, and needed to be received in a timely manner. I rushed to the post office and got there 7 minutes after they closed. Thankfully the man behind the locked door was willing to go above and beyond and allowed me to retrieve it today, on time.

Have been receiving wrong mail frequently over the last two months. Not only wrong house number but wrong town sometimes also. Had three different house numbers in box today. Making me wonder if I am receiving all of my mail.

Some days I’ll have a package I ordered on my frontsteps and then 2 days later I’ll get a notice that my package was undeliverable by USPS. Either there is a different driver that does not feel like going down my driveway to drop it off and wants the customer to pick it up. But this is why I shop online not to have to go anywhere . Highly annoyed !

I sent something to my son and it has been held up in Hampden post office for 6 days now!!! It was supposed to be sent UPS, but they turned it over to USPS. My son says it takes weeks to get packages and mail is always slow. This is uncalled for. Something needs to be done. I wished I lived closer - I would just go get it myself!

I have been waiting on a package all week. Keeps saying it's at my local post office. So I take the day off from work to go to my local post office. They find out it's stuck in Hampden post office for a week! WTH! This is unprofessional!

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service and reliability. Almost every package I've been waiting for over the last 6 months has either been late, lost, misplaced or who knows. Nobody answers the phone, EVER, ive driven to the post office and have been told oh we had to put something as an update for tracking to "stop the clock", UMM.... i pay for expedited shipping and because their delivery sucks once it is at their office i could have saved the money. Ive had packages go the the local office and "mistakenly" be sent to Bar Harbor ect.. THANK GOODNESS I contacted AMAZON and they made it so that none of my orders from here on out will go through USPS. Now if I could get my actual mail another way.... Its ridiculous

Quite often, packages, domestic and international, will arrive at Hampden and then sit there for days or weeks. Is this branch closed? Nobody answers the phone during their published regular business hours. Pretty sad.

I hear you, my packages said "held at carriers location" so I went to get it and was told it was out for delivery again, I didn't end up getting it for 3 more days.

For the second time we're experiencing a holdup of our parcels at the Hampden Mail Facility. Our latest originated in China arrived here in the US within two days, through customs for a day and now has been sitting in Hampden for six days and counting. Has anyone an explanation for this?

My package has been sitting at the post office since December 3 (today is December 21). I understand they are busy, but why won't anyone answer the phone at this facility??? You can't leave a message- the phone just hangs up after ringing so many times. So frustrating.

I've had a package that in one day managed to come from Connecticut to Maine but as soon as it reached Hampden, it's been sitting there for five days now not moving. I assume I'll never receive it. Wonderful.

An amazon gift I sent to 100 Main St North was tracked by me. It states the gift was placed in the mailbox at 4:51 PM on Sunday May 31. This is impossible. The gift was 2 50 foot garden hoses with spouts. The mailbox is standard size. I want to find the hoses or receive a refund Please check this out. Thank you. Elizabeth Queener Nashville, Tn. T.
