There is no reason for my package to be undeliverable except postman to lazy to get out of vehicle.. frustrating when you are expecting a package intime for a birthday and delivery keeps getting delayed...

I heard that packages are being taken home by workers that are not able to be sent for some reason. I read that they should be returned to company or who sent it and not to take home by post office clerk. My friend is missing a package and office doesn't answer. Hoping that's not what happened just wanted to let someone know. Thank you

I'm in search of a package that states it was delivered at locked mail boxes on Feb 15th 2021. I've tried for 5 days to contact post office, no one answers the phone!! I've left notes on the mail box asking where my package is. I've tried to file missing package via on line but the web site freezes and doesnt send request. I've done this 3 times. I've called the ASK help line, filled out the form and again all it does is give me the same info...package tracking results! How do you even get a hold of the post office??

I am not sure if this true but someone told me some employees were taking home lost or undelivered packages from gray. Isnt That illegal? Maybe want to look into that.

Within the past 2 years of residing in Gray, I have had more issues with my mail than ever before. My packages have been delivered to the wrong location on multiple occasions and it seems I have to track down my mail/packages more often than not. When trying to contact the post office to inquire about my missing packages they do not pick up the phone (even during normal business hours). This is by far the most unreliable postal service.
