ATTENTION: Mail Carrier Supervisor... Sept 15, 2021, Once again I received packages to my home (3263 Gossett Ct) 1 sitting on top of the street mailbox and the other on the ground. What is the correct procedure to deliver large mail to a home address? In the past we would get a slip to come to P.O. location for pickup. Has that changed? This is not the first time nor, I suspect it will be the last time that my official mail is handle this way. This carrier that delivers daily mail in Charles Crossing on Gossett Court needs some remedial training on proper procedures when delivering official government mail. Leaving my mail on the top of the mailbox or on the ground provides an opportunity for someone to walk away with my items; thus committing a crime. I hope that this will be dealt in a serious and timely manner. The United States Post Office has got to do better than this when delivering and providing customer service.
Just called because i got a notification saying my package was ready to be picked up from the facility. I called to ask why I got a notification saying this, the rude lady just gave me an attitude saying "we dont do that!" the usps needs to stop hiring ignorant people and hire people that know how to answer phones and answer costumers with a attitude. sounds like the usps failed to deliver her bad dragon dildo from xmas on time and still hasn't received it.
Hello...I have not been receiving my water bills for the last 3 cycles. When I contacted Charles County Water and Sewer, they stated that my bill has been returned to their office but you all delivered the letters stating that my bill is late and it will be cut off on December 1st. This is ridiculous! What is going on?
Today, whomever the mail carrier is, almost took out my mailbox. She drives too darn fast for my private driveway. This IS NOT first time I have complained about her driving like that. It needs to stop. Change drivers, do something.
8/27/19 I had to spend hours there to obtain a certified letter that had not been delivered weeks prior to that date. It could not be found with all in office searching for it. That in itself was a large problem for me, a senior 81 year old female that had to use cane to get in the facility. I could not believe the total disorganization of the place. We had a great Asian lady who had been replaced by current one. Since then the new female, tosses package on my chair out front, without ever ringing doorbell I do not have or knocking at door, that I do have. This is her regular routine, as I have witnessed same to others in my courtyard. Asian lady was pleasant and helpful to me always, if I approached the vehicle while on the cane to give her a letter to be mailed, she got out to come from me. This one - not so much of anything pleasant or helpful. Employees of post office are well paid, with generous benefits. Customers deserve better in the Waldorf, Md. community of Coventry Manor.
