I just spoke with the most pleasant man at the Swanton PO. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name. I had a question about a package that was forwarded, and he was able to provide me with all of the information I needed within about two minutes, and in such a nice manner. I wanted to share my appreciation with him (and his supervisors!). Thank you!
