How dare the USPS scan a package as "Delivered at the front door or porch" when no such thing occurred. I was smart enough to wait 20 more minutes. BINGO! Here comes the "Substitute" postman and no package delivered. I halted him two doors down, confronted him about the erroneous text, he searched the truck and handed me my package.

At this point this is ridiculous my package has been saying it left the distribution facility and is on its way to my house for almost a entire week. For all of that I could have made the damn thing myself it should be no freaking reason why it's taking that freaking long I don't live that far from the freaking facility. If yall are short staffed that is yall problem yall need to hire more people because there's plenty of people looking for a job that y'all can hire for help. What the he** did I pay for priority shipping if the s**t is just going to come whenever. I NEEDED THIS PACKAGE DAYS AGO THIS SHIT IN UNACCEPTABLE ! IDEK WHY YALL ARE STILL OPEN IF YALL CAN'T EVEN GET S**T TOGETHER IT'S NOT HARD LOOK AT AMAZON !!!!

I was at the Suitland Post Office today (Thursday, 3/29/18) and gave the clerk the tracking number to a package that no one is able to locate. I checked my email and checked the "full" details about this package I am trying to get. When I looked at the shipping details it stated that there was no access to my address, a notice was left and that I requested that the package be left at the Suitland Post Office. First, I did not receive any notices from USPS about my package. Second, I did not request that the package was to be left at the Suitland Post Office. Third, I was home all day on the day the postal driver supposedly tried to deliver my package and no one knocked on my door. Fourth, the street which I live on is not restricted to traffic. Anyone is allowed to drive on it without a special permit and there is no gate blocking access. I received my mail that day (3/28/18) and the next day (3/29/18) and every day the mail is delivered and I still don't have the package. I went to the Suitland Post Office and the clerk who I gave the tracking number to gave me 2 phone numbers to call on Friday, 3/30/18, to either speak the carrier or their supervisor to try and find out where my package is. All I want is my package.

Good Morning, I waited online for over 34 minutes. The reason for my call was to find out the next date for passport. The fact that I waited so long, and was never checked on to assure me of a status just shows that what most told me regarding customer service is true. I am afraid that if I bring my passport documents there it won't be taken care of on time. I really believe that someone needs to talk with the staff about customer service or the lack there of.
