I think this office is great compared to some of the busier offices in the area. It is always super fast service and friendly staff.

THE STREET POST OFFICE IS OPEN: 9 am-12pm and reopens 1pm-5pm Monday thru Friday. Saturday is 9am-12pm. Closed Sunday. So please DO NOT believe this site saying that Street Post Office is closed permanently because it is very well OPEN!!!

I have called the branch several times to ask if this mail carrier could STOP delivering packages to my mailbox on the main road. My mailbox is for letters and mail but NOT packages and just because it is a larger box, he takes advantage of not have to drive just a few more yards up my driveway to my house for deliveries. They say they will talk to the carrier and ask him to only deliver small packages and letters and not large items. Nothing changes. My mailbox is large and he continues to stuff and cram boxes and other packages inside. I had a package stolen from my mailbox and now they do it on a regular basis because they obvious know there will be deliveries made.

2 thumbs down! I called to let them know I received someone elses mail and I was putting it back in my mailbox today. I did not get "I'm sorry for that" or "thank you for letting us know". Then I was inquiring about lost mail that I had mailed out, one in Feb(which wasn't expecting they can do anything, just mentioned it since now it happened again) and another one last week. I was talked to rudely by the girl at the post office. She kept cutting me off before I could finish a sentence and when she finished saying what she had to say, stated "you have a nice day" and hung up on me! Poor customer service!!

Is there a new postal policy that packages don't get delivered if there is 1 inch of snow? The last 2 dusting we had the mail carries left a note to pick up my packages at the post office. I have to say UPS and FedEx don't seem to have a problem. Doesn't seem like a good way to keep the postal service competitive with the competition at a time when our government has considered cutting down on the days mail will be delivered.

Thumbs down. Having huge difficulties getting my mail delivered. Have inquired in person at the counter, with a clerk not even wearing a name tag; my properly addressed mail continues to be returned to sender. No sense of customer-centricity at this facility at all....needs a clean sweep of personnel.
