I need help I did a cleaning job for ppst office and thr guy never paid me who can I talk to about this

I met with the postmaster this morning and ask to hold the item I needed otherwise by the time I would get it would be to late. The item went out for delivery anyway he also told me that in the app. I don’t need to put front porch. At 3:11 I get a text message saying package is insecure location off to the post office I go the delivery person brought it back to the PO and didn’t even attempt to deliver we were home all day. This is not the first time this has happened. It’s getting to a point I don’t want to use USPS for package delivery.

This is not the first time the USPS has been dishonest with me! I am waiting for a package shipped yesterday by Priority mail. When I tracked the package I found it was to be delivered today. Later tracking said it was left on my porch at 1:30pm. It was not. Because of the Post Office Saturday hours, I will have to wait until Monday to retrieve my package. I needed the contents tomorrow and won’t have them. I am quite upset by the dishonesty of the carrier and plan to make a formal complaint in writing on Monday.
