I forwarded my mail for my business on or about March 25, 2020. Up to this date (July 23, 2021) I have received only about 5 pieces of mail. One letter post marked April 19th was finally delivered the first week of July. Where is my mail and why isn't it being delivered. It has been almost 4 months. I can not reach anyone at the post office because they are not answering the phone.

The post office well the mail man continues to deliver my packages to the leasing office at Hampton Point Apartment Silver Spring MD 20904, The leasing office is not my address or place of resident. If you try to contact the post office they will not answer the phone. This is such a disappointment for us the customers.

This is the second time we have had major problems with the Silver Spring post office not correctly forwarding our mail to our vacation address. The phone number listed doesn't seem to work. This is now starting to infringe on voter suppression, as I received my absentee ballot but my husband has not. Seeing as I cannot reach the SS post office, I will take this to my Congressional Representative.

The staff at 16th street are eager to help! They are friendly despite the pressures from inpatient customers.

The phone number for the Silver Spring Post office - 301-608-1300 doesn't work right now. And why isn't there a place to put comments that the postal employees DO read (header here says "comments are not read by postal employees"). Who reads this?

The Silver Spring Post Office has lost two shipments out of four to my home address in the last month. The shipping company utilized UPS Sure Post where UPS drops off the package with the local post office which then delivers the package to the delivery address. In my case the USPS office in Silver Spring has managed to misplace items twice which had been provided to them by UPS for delivery. The Silver Spring Post Office been useless in trying to resolve this.

We have been having this problem for at least a year. It is not unusual to get mail for someone else. On March 23rd we received 6 envelopes for 2 families in the neighborhood. Sometimes we receive mail for people not in our neighborhood. This month I received 2 letters from my insurance referring to March events. Then I received a letter from same company referring to events in Feb. It is annoying to receive other peoples mail. I am even more concerned worrying about where my letters may go before they get to me. I worry that I may not receive all of my mail.
