Are you still collecting mail from the mailbox at Woodmoor Shopping Center? At the corner of University Blvd and Colesville Rd. I dropped a letter in the slot two weeks ago and it neither got delivered nor returned. The mailbox door at the top didn’t open all the way, but the mailbox was not marked in any way suggesting it could not be used.

My hold mail request (Confirmation #: CAH367742998) ended on Dec. 23, 2019. Now is an afternoon of Dec. 27. I have got neither the mails on hold nor any regular mails since the "we resume your regular mail delivery on 12/23/2019" notification. Please, address the issue ASAP. Thank you.
