The card was mailed mid December from VA and I still have not gotten it. Also mailman squashed a 6×12 package into my little mail box. He could have easily dropped it on my porch. I tried calling the postmistress but no answer at 1 pm

My expensive item was delivered to the wrong address. On the same day another neighbor's package (food items) were delivered down the street. All house numbers are very clearly marked on the doors. How does this happen? Can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone at the Post Office in Rising Sun.

tracking said my package was delivered but not to me when I called to PM she said I had to have gotten it as it was delivered across the counter I wanted for me and the only other person living here to visit the post office and have the person who delivered my package across the counted verify it was not given to either one of us she just refused to try and resolve this matter costing me $80 "REALITY CHECK PEOPLE EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES" and there is dishonest people everywhere including the post office

Reporting PM Donna and other employees for rudeness. They put note in PO Box stating if our PO Box was not on mail it would be returned to sender. And they did. Always get others mail even check. Just about every day. You bring it to their attention and they get rude with you. Rural route carrier parked so close to my car so I could not get into it. Then she was rude and PM very rude. Yelling I should not park in Post office space. WTF Reporting to DC Postal General. We are the customers and should be respected.

PM is rude and disrespectful. Constantly yelling at employees. It is terrible since the previous PM retired. Need a new PM !!! One who treats customers and employees with respect! Taking my business and mail to another Post Office when I will be treated right! Even heard the PM call another post office telling them to REFUSE to let town residents come to their post office!! Changes need made!!!
