The mailbox on the curb is a problem...I've had 2 customers who's checks have been counterfeited out of it and I mailed Christmas cards from this box and 5 of them were opened when my friends received them. Will not put anything else in this box nor will my customers. Its a problem

I set up a pickup for 4/22/19 of 50+ priority mail packages weighing approx 50+ pounds. They were never picked up and to add insult, I received an email confirming that they had been picked up! Uh no, they are all still sitting in our reception area. I have now sent anothe pickup order for tomorrow.

I have been "On Hold" with the USPS for over an hour (the 800 number) after trying unsuccessfully to reach the Pikesville PO. When the carrier came today, she failed to close the main door of the boxes. So it is open and anyone can get anyone's mail.In addition, while she was putting mail into the slots, I went to lobby and put a piece of mail into the outgoing box. She did NOT open and take the mail before she left (I had been watching on the security camera because other residents have complained about this in the past.). WHY CAN'T WE REACH ANYONE AT THE LOCAL PO TO CORRECT THIS? It only happens when our regular carrier is not here.
