Young African American female postal worker was extremely rude and inappropriate. I went to this post office a few weeks ago to return a piece of mail I sent to pay a bill. The envelope had been returned to our home as “undeliverable” due to incorrect address. In fact, the address on the envelope was correct. As I was speaking to the female postal worker about the problem she was paging through a catalog instead of looking at me. I mentioned to her that I thought that was inappropriate and rude. She disagreed with me and contributed to look through the catalog. She also repeatedly called me “babe” and I told her that wasn’t my name. I also think she then did something with the piece of mail instead of sending it through the mail because it’s been two weeks and it still hasn’t reached the destination only 15 minutes away. She needs to be fired !!!

Girl at the desk was extremely rude and condescending. Told me my envelope was a square and I told her it was a rectangle (5x7). She spoke down to me when trying to understand the situation. Kept using the word “thing” to describe the situation. When I asked her to point out the “thing” she was extremely rude. Name unknown. Mid-20s black girl.

I just had two packages delivered to me by the nicest postal worker I have ever met. I know this is a difficult time of year for postal employees, yet she was so polite and caring. And it could not have come at a better time for me. She made my day!

Dum brain delivery by postman who left package partially under my back truck wheel back wheel to be crushed when I back out!!! Top bed of truck flat would have been better, however table close by to put it on.
