Service is not good. We have not been receiving our mail. Our address is 1300 Ritchie Highway, Ste D&E Arnold, Maryland 21012 Our office is located at the back of the building. I have a complaint about the carrier at my location, 775 222nd St., Pasadena, MD, who has left a piece of mail that dropped on the curb in front of my mailbox shove the mail in my mailbox so that the mail came out the other end put packages that took up the entire space of my mailbox in the mailbox instead of bringing it to the door and delivered my mail wet on rain days. Never had this issue until this carrier was assigned to our route. Other neighbors have the same issues with this carrier. I would be more than happy to speak with a Supervisor if they would like to call [number removed].

Very odd i have not received any mail for now 3 days and it shows on my cellphone I did have mail coming. Something is wrong and when my bills are late it is due to me not getting my mail in time. I wish I had the postman I had for years. I have never ever gone with out mail !

On 12/10/21 I submitted "Hold Mail" request for 12/13/21 to 01/11/22 and mail to be picked up by me on 01/13/22. Instead I found mail jammed into my apartment box. When I inquired at the Pasadena Post Office on 01/13/22 there was "no mail on hold"! The clerk checked with the carrier who said"he never received such a Hold Card! This has also happened in the past when I have submitted "Hold Mail Cards". How is this supposed to be corrected."

Sadly, the USPS has no customer first ethic. Gone are they days when their motto blazed the path to excellence and example for all. "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds." No longer true. They do not answer the phone. They do not process mail efficiently. Forget sending packages! SMH...

I filed a complaint about a package that was delivered to the wrong address. The manager or post master sent a generic email stating they would be in touch. This was a couple of months ago and I never received the follow up call. I'm now having issues with NOT RECEIVING ANY MAIL. I have email notifications set up so I can view what is going to be delivered and those items have not been delivered. So where is my mail? the package I filed a complaint about? what is the issue and why is this location terrible with follow up and answering the phone?????????????

Does not answer calls. I have an insured package sent last week, they said they delivered it but my son didn’t hear the door and they said they took it back per customer’s request. My son went to the post office and they said they will deliver it but still didn’t get it. Then they said it went to the wrong truck. It took me an hour to talk to somebody but they just made a report since that’s all they can do, they are not from Pasadena post office. Nobody is answering the phone in the Pasadena. I hope the package is still intact. I read In some comments that their package are stolen. Worst post office I know so far.

Why doesn' someone pick up the phone when you try calling them. I have a problem with the delivery of my mail. There must be a sub delivering the mail this week. I have had a letter in my mail box with the flag up for the last 2 days. Today who ever is driving the truck drove around our community for about 1 hr. I live on a dirt rd, they flew up the rd pass my mai box and did not stop to pickup my mail or to deliver any.

Just received a package today with nothing in it. It was in a plastic mailer that was ripped open and placed in a Postal Service bag saying sorry for the damage. What damage? It was stolen! Supervisor was no help. Told me to file a claim.

Our mail service here is terrible. Three days this week we got our neighbors mail. One day we didn't get any mail. My son is waiting for his tax refund check. He's afraid it will get delivered to someone else who won't bother to bring it to him. We delivered the mail to our neighbors.

My regular carrier KIM is wonderful and goes out of her way to be helpful When she is off 1 day during the week-we get no mail, nor do my neighbors. Never even see the mail truck on KIMs days off

This is the worst post office ever. I changed my address four weeks ago and there still sending all my mail to my old address Now I'm getting NO mail what so ever.. Was informed today after waiting 6 weeks for a lock change on our cluster box that a new lock is not in the budget. I paid for the lock change 6 weeks ago but our pathetic Federal Government where employees are over paid to begin with tell me It's Not In the Budget. Really..... It takes that many people filling out paperwork to change a lock. Funny how when I filled out the paperwork for the lock change and paid my money I was told it would probably take 10-14 days.

and from I see is that our mail person is off work then he/she is doing there job.This make me so blank mad when there is people out there looking for work;the mail carrier should appreciate the job they have especially when jobs are hard to find.

Worse post office I have ever seen. I live in Chesterfield, two minutes from you guys and there is days our mail will come at 2pm and other days some times as late as 6pm. It's bull crap.

I am totally discussed with this Post Office's ability to hold my mail when requested I filled out the yellow card and left it in my mail box. Not only did I leave the yellow card in my mail box, I also wrote a separate note, as a reminder and taped it on the inside of the mailbox door. Why, after I made all the efforts to make it perfectly clear that I wanted my mail held for 4 days did they leave mail in my mailbox? This is not the first time this has happened. Almost every time I request my mail to be held, there is mail in my mailbox when I return home. I complained about this a few years ago and they told me it was because there was a substitute running my route that day. What difference does it make who runs it, there should be a standard process for holding mail. I guess I have to go over the Post Master head to get this straightened out. When I go away, I want to be sure my mail is safe in the Post Office until I return. I don't get this sense of security with this P.O.

This dumb cunt of a mail lady being over paid to drive around all day can take the time to get out of her vehicle and put "approaches to curbside mailboxes" note on my windshield but is still encapable of delivering my mail. Even though Im beyond the approach exspectations. What a joke you lazy asses... Guess putting the mail in the mailbox at the same time takes special training...

This is by far the worst post office I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. For the third time in 4 weeks I have gone DAYS without receiving any mail, not even junk mail. They just flat-out don't deliver to my apartment complex or anyone on whatever route I'm on. For several days. Multiple times.I have lived in 6 different cities around the country and NEVER have I had a post office so completely lazy. There should be no reason I pay for 2-day priority mail to end up getting it in 6 business days. Please so yourself a favor and AVOID THIS POST OFFICE if at all humanly possible. You'd be better off walking to pick up your items directly from the senders.
