Waited all day for mail to arrive yesterday10/5/2022…nothing. Woke up this morning and tracking on both my packages irritated me. One says held at post office at customer request and the other said undeliverable. Both of these entries was posted at just before 10 pm. If delivery was running late, I would prefer no update or something more accurate! Also, two pieces of mail that our date sensitive waiting for pickup!

The worst post office every I use to work for USPS and I have been out at 12:00am delivering mail I couldn’t come back to the office until it was done…the mail is the TOP priority it’s like gold….so I’m not understanding why tf I am not getting any mail what about the bumps they hand off…why don’t my street route have a T-6 this is unacceptable…for me I work for a private doctor and he’s old so we don’t have direct deposit and the one time I get my pay check sent because I was on vacation it’s still not here in my mail box..I have informed mail so I see what suppose to be in my mail box and when it should be there…now my bills are late and not paid because someone not running the post office right…the post master should be ashamed of them selves…and by the way it should be more then enough staff between the regulars and CCA…bring my mail!!!!

Hey Cierra, No mail for us for over a week, either. Saw a postal worker in a truck and he explained that our carrier has been out sick. I don't know that this is a legit excuse, but that's the one I got and so I am passing it on to you. :(

I sure wish our mailman could come back. Since I just had surgery, I put outgoing mail in my mailbox and left a note to please take it, as I can barely walk, let alone drive to a mailbox. Our regular mailman was all so helpful and still very kind and professional. God, I sure miss him.

My greatest THANK YOU and Gratitude goes to ALL EMPLOYEES of the Parkville 21234 Post Office for their efforts during these difficult times during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The mail was always delivered whenever they had staff to do so, and when weather was at its worst, the mail was always delivered, may not have been on time, but it was delivered. I LOVE our Parkville Post Office. Friendly and caring.

Postal worker drove over my curb to put mail into the mailbox. I thought he was stuck as I saw him in the act. I was just coming home at 4:45pm 12.15.20. He got out by spinning his front wheels in my lawn leaving two bare patches. I pulled up next to him at the next house and rolled down my window. He didn't hear me so I crossed in front of him and got out. I spoke to him and told him that was my yard he had been in. He had no apology. Just excuse after excuses. He said I needed to move my mailbox so he didn't have to get out to deliver mail. Our mailbox has been in the same place since the 50s and never a problem. My husband's car was far enough back he could have backed up to lean out instead. I am very upset.

You are in fact a racist! Who cares what color he was. “African American with lax attitude.” MOVE YOUR MAILBOX! You wanted him to back in front of your husbands car? The damn car should’ve been in the driveway. But you’d rather block the box! NO carrier should have to get out to deliver when riding to boxes, EXCEPT for packages! Seems to me like you had more excuses than the mailman! The audacity! I hope your kids don’t encounter a customer like you when their out working! SMDH

For the past year there have been NUMEROUS people delivering our mail, some of whom not in a Postal uniform! I just had THREE (3) packages delivered to another house in the neighbor hood!! My name and address were CLEARLY visible on the shipping label so I'm surmising whomever is on my route can NOT read!!! All 3 packages were delivered to the WRONG address at 3 different times!! YEP, someone can't read! Will you PLEASE have a FULL time Postal employee put on my route like I had for 15+ years back in 2017? Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving.

Mail delivery has always been “hit or miss” in the Parkville area, but things are completely out of control of late. We have not received any mail for over a week now. A neighbor suggested I pick up my mail at the Parkville Post Office, something I dread doing due to chronic poor service and parking at this facility. After waiting 30 minutes I collected only 4 pieces of mail without any request for ID (amazing). No excuses or apologies from staff.

I reside at 7455 Forrest ave and today my mail was opened. I expect my mail to remain sealed until i open it. This is a federal offense. I will call the feds to make a complaint against whom ever is responsible. Don’t open my mail again. I don’t receive checks through the mail and i always check my stuff to see if someone opens anything in my name. Keep your job and live right and don’t open my mail or i will push for you to go to jail. I will also show up in person to fill out a formal complaint. 12/2/2019

Mail comes open all the time! File your complaint against the machines then! Have at it! If you read and follow up on the news for years they have been showing the mail running through machines. I have 3 businesses and mail, unfortunately gets opened or is not sealed at all sometimes by the original sender. Stop accusing people. If this was an everyday occurrence that’s something different! But that’s just mechanical issues! You people are the reason their employees leave! Ungrateful. SMDH

I moved my business July 31st and had a change of address July 17th. To this day I do not have any of my mail from Harford Road. Parkville had it Friday and said she would have to get in touch with the carrier. Does that mean they got all the mail to deliver to where I moved from, I think so. Now Tuesday the 14th of August still don't have it. I have to wait until they all come back from lunch to call them. Find out where Parkville put it since last Friday. This is a mess.

I have just moved on Temple Avenue and had packages set out directly at the top of the steps instead of pushed back on the porch with is long enough for packages to be out out of sight. Luckily I have gotten home within a few minutes of the delivery. Its happened at least 3 times. These tactics are unacceptable and downright lazy on the part of the postal service and seems to be worse here than in the city.

Today at 7:10 PM, a knock came on my door and there stood a young lady and a toddler informing me of the 'packages' that was "dumped" on my doorstep. She was NOT the mail carrier but a neighbor who was urged by another neighbor across the courtyard to let me know that it was witnessed that the packages were first left at 6800 Sturbridge Drive (next door neighbor), but my neighbor first "scolded" him about his laziness, he returned back to the packages to the CORRECT address, 6802 Sturbridge Drive. The mail carrier usually knocks on my door or rings the doorbell to alert me that there is a delivery--not this young man. Yesterday (6/25/18), I heard the creak of my screen door open, the young man (on his cell phone) 'dropped' both packages and a pouch on my doorstep looked at me as if waiting for me to pick up the packages (still on the phone/female voice on speaker asked "who are you talking to?") and fumbled with placing the mail in my regular mailbox. We have received mail as late as 8 PM or later--during clear weather! My neighbor across the courtyard was so infuriated at that young man and his disregard for efficient and courteous mail delivery, that she approached him about it and relayed to him and to me that he was going on report. The mail should have been secured between the screen and inside doors to avert theft, the elements, etc. I understood that the mail was to be delivered daily by 6 PM. I have an account with USPS and demand that the younger mail carriers be 'observed' by the lead/supervisory mail carriers--not letting them know of the observations until a designated time. I remember a favorite regular mail carrier stopping off for a "cigarette/beer" break, fell behind in his deliveries and promptly placed all of our mail--Soc. Sec. checks, utility bills, etc., down a nearby sewer drain! The complaints were justified...I demand total adherence to the rules of conduct and performance and careful service!!

When our regular carrier delivers mail from our house following her route - it takes her more than an hour before she arrives at the house acrossed the street - completing her circuit. Today there was a different carrier (5/30/18) who completed the circuit I just described in 1/2 hour. It is unusual for us not to get mail! Ask our regular carrier. It's like he stopped at every other house and just rushed through the route. I've been calling for the last hour. A recorded message tells me they are busy with other calls so call back because my call is important. Reading the reviews I doubt this is true. Is it true that this post office is the worst in MD?

How can we get the post office to stop delivering Old Harford Road mail to our Harford Road address? We have the same street number as a residence on Old Harford Road and for years we constantly receive their mail at our office on Harford Road. I have complained many times and always write in all caps OLD Harford Road. We have even received letters back that we have written OLD Harford Road on with dates of the previous deliveries.

Parkville post office continues to have the worst service. I received no mail AT ALL for 3 days. The "informed delivery" is a joke. According to informed delivery, I was to receive my registration renewal LAST SATURDAY, still don't have it, one week later. Neighbor never received her registration. Mail is misdelivered, or not delivered. No regular mail carrier, mail delivered last night at 8 pm by a carrier with no bag. Repeated complaints and even a personal meeting with the PostMaster general do no good at all. Medical paperwork, social security information, bills, credit cards, greeting cards, never received. Late payments added to bills that were never received. I have been told that "no one wants this route", so I guess I just picked a bad place to live!!!

I do not understand how this service can be so awful. We all know your job isn't easy but many people out there have worse jobs! Please pick up the out going mail when you drop off mail, it is just one more step for better service. You just have to pick it up and bring it back with you. There is no reason why the government should be hiring such lazy and undedicated employees. You guys get all the government perks but you cannot even do your job to your best capability.

How about you guys stop putting packages out in the open when there is a HUGE porch that will hide what you leave... all you have to do is stop leaving them at the top of the steps where people can see them. Walk your behind up the steps and put them in a secure place... if you have no choice of location that's one thing but you being lazy isn't an excuse. You get a big attitude when we call complaining that a package is gone and take no responsibility for leaving it where all can see, it's never your fault. If you don't want to do your job properly then find another job. I don't want to hear about how you can't walk up everyone's steps... not everyone gets packages everyday and I have a delivery job that's 7 days a week, 365 a year and it's hand delivery to apartment doors so don't tell me about lots of steps. DO YOUR JOB RIGHT!

Why is it that we get wrong mail that's not even on our street. And why doesn't mail carrier take our out going mail. Took two days last week to get a letter pickup. Not our regular mailman either. We have a mailbox that has a flag on it when mail goes out but still don't get pickup. Plus we ask ,mail carriers not to walk on our grass. They Been told and sign on mailbox but still do it. Again our regular mail guy doesn't walk on grass and he does pick the outgoing mail plus delivery correct mail to our address. . Got three mail on 12 27 2017 not our street. This is so utterly rediculous in that I can not call my local post office direct to find out where my mail is. I put a hold while on vacation and said i will pick up my held mail when i returned. I went up this morning and waited fifteen minutes until the woman, who barel spoke English, told me they did not have my mail and that it was with the carrier and would be delivered to my address. Mail came and nothing was delivered. I specifically told the p.o. to hold my mail while I was away and that I WOULD pick it up when i returned today. I get a call answering service in the city and they take my info and send an email to my p.o. and I have to wait at least another day to find out where my mail is. Totally inefficient and no wonder your business is going under. I will never deal with you guys again! UPS/Fed X/Post Man Plus/
