The staff here are incredibly rude. I had 3 packages delivered today with one missing, saying it was undeliverable due to not being able to access front door. All my other packages had no issue being delivered. I called the local location, Lexington park, and the lady that answered the phone (Tonya) was very rude and absolutely no help. I asked who I could contact for help and she refused to help with that as well. This location has several rude employees!

I have sent the same package 📦 to my son twice, once even certified mail to the address of - 22001 Spring Valley Drive, Lexington Park, 20653. Now just for fun I brought up my sons address on Google Earth and can see his house! Yet, both times it was returned to me saying the address was vacant or the business was no longer operating. The is a residential home! Apparently something is wrong!

Ever time I call the dam post office in Lexington Park the phone is always busy you can never get no one on the dam phone. Even when you go there it's always the same 1 worker. My mail carrier has taken 2 of my packages to the wrong house and my address is clear as day. My neighbors said he's not going to keep bring it over packages that don't belong to him, he's going to start sending them back. THIS SHIT IS CRAZY

Been trying to reach the main Post Office in Lexington Park for more than an hour. The phone number posted as 301-862-2380 has been busy. Why are they leaving the phone off the hook? The USPS help line has not called me back. Why is my package not at the Patuxent River Post Office EE403729151US for me to pick up? How could the USPS not be accessible for deliver?

We have had several issues with this branch of the post office. A package we ordered for our daughters Christmas gift was said to have been tried to be delivered. The notification said that our door was not accessible and to look for the note they left. However there was no note left. The next day I went to the post office and they said that the package was with the mail carrier. Another notification came in stating that the package had been tried to be delivered again at 11 am and again the door was not accessible. Our door was very much accessible. That afternoon the package came around 330 pm and was delivered to the front door. Today I stopped by our mail box and there was two packages inside. One for us and one for our neighbor. The package for our neighbor was obviously a Christmas gift in which I'm sure he spent his well earned money on. This package could have been lost, stolen or trashed. I returned it to the proper box. How can you be so irresponsible with peoples possessions? Christmas is a hard time of year for many. To make these preventable mistakes is unacceptable. Slow down, enjoy the holiday season and stop making it hard on so many who are doing their best to enjoy their holiday season.

he same problem. Our previous carrier may have delivered the wrong mail 5 times in the previous 16 years that I have lived here. I would think it has happened 40 times since you put this new person on this route. I don't think this mail carrier is suited for this job.At the least retraining might be in order.

I have never been treated so terrible! I called to ask for their address and they were incredibly rude and then hung up on me. Then they called to cancel my appointment and they were incredibly rude again! I cant believe how they treat people. Absolutely no customer service to be found here from the employees or management-very sad!

I get a electronic notification saying that my packages was delivered, then a notification saying its available for pick up at the lexington park usps location. But no notice on the door. They were closed monday 2/15/16 for presidents day so i go in today 2/16/16. Now, I did have my packages sent to my physical address thinking it was too big for a mailbox delivery. I have a mailing address in a different zip code, For my own reasons. So since it was available for pick up i thought maybe because they didnt have a mail box to put it in they held it. So I go to the lexington park location thinking it would be ready for pick up.
The lady said that it would be possibly be with the carrier. So i explained the mailbox situation and why i thought to come there to pick the packages up. So she says its given to us in a big bin and it would take 20 mins to find my packages and i dont have time to go through it. So i get the question "if you dont get mail there why did u send it there?" I explained because I thought it would be a package bigger than a mail box so i wanted it delivered to my physical address. Needless to say i told them it is inconvenient that their electronic system has noted that it was ready for pick up and its not. And now have to wait for a phone call to pick it up. I work overnights and sleep during the day. I dont have all day to wait on them. And the other carrier rep i spoke to says "it is inconvinent for us that you have a different mailing address from the physical address." "We write it off as vacant if there is no registered mailbox at that address and return to sender." She tells me
The thing of it is that i came over because i knew i didnt have a mail box at the physical address i sent my packages to, i was notified that it was available for pick and went to your location to pick it up and i was fine with that. It wasnt like you have play investigator and find my other address. So dont tell me it is inconvinent for you to bring it back to your work location anyways.
