Someone NEEDS to know this! Your Mail isn’t being delivered on time because this particular Annex Post is HORRIBLE! The seasonal employees are forced to work at Least 10 hours a day and the post master raises Hell if you’d like to leave at that 10 hour mark.. They Really Insist on employees doing 14-20 hour shifts. The Kicker- You May or May NOT get paid. This is HARD Work! You do it because you NEED the money, not because You WANT to kill yourself for free. The employees are Mindless, Management can Only manage their attitudes and refuse to actually work or make sure their employees are knowledgeable about the happenings. A safety Hazard! Employees are Drained.. The Attitudes throughout this facility is one of “WHO CARES” We want our Money Owed- USPS hands down is one of the WORST places I have ever worked at (from a former DMV employee) SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! FIRE EVERYONE! Start all over with people who care and have SOME morals!

I don’t always receive my packages. I am still waiting for a package that was supposed to arrive on April 18. According to the tracking number it was delivered in my mailbox. It has not been delivered. I believe my packages are being delivered to the address that is similar to mine. The wrong address has Court. Mine says Boulevard with the same house number. I’m still waiting for my package.

I have not been receiving my mail that is displayed on the daily digest app where is my mail?

I have a MAIL SLOT in my door and many times over the past two years, I find my mail left outside of the slot, on the ground, unsecured, in between the main and screen doors. I have attempted to call many times (No one answers the phone) and email complaints in reference to my concerns, and received no reply from supervisors. On rainy days, my mail is damp and water damaged because one of the carriers refuses to be a responsible employee.

I am so tired of not receiving my package I paid for also I am tired of getting other people packages than having to deliver it to they house I do not work for usps get your stuff together I am ready to report this postal service In laurel to someone over you it’s not fair to people ! Than you guys lied & said I signed for it .. now you are fudging my signature!

Once again, my package was delivered to the wrong address!!!! This happens with alarming frequency. Is it any wonder the USPS is having financial problems? Do the carriers even bother to read the addresses on the packages any more?

my current mail carrier, has been delivering my mail at the earliest 8pm, and sometimes not at all, I know I have daily mail delivery and lately have out going mail, and not being taken out of my box I hav resorted to taking it to the post office myself or a blue postal box located 1 mile from my home :( and have had missing mail, this is a problem because I am mailing payments for bills, which I've gotten shut off notices for my utilities which have cost me late fee's ect. :( this situation needs to be address NOW I have called local carrier office with no answer 22 times in the past 2 weeks why have a customer service number that s/b providing service to customers :(

I'd like to bring it to the attention of the person in charge of postal delivery, that my mail is being delivered to my next-door neighbor from time to time. Could please have the mail-person be more careful in their mail deliveries, so my neighbor doesn't have to bring my mail over to me.
