Totally disappointed with what happened to me today. Had an issue with Priority Express Mail. Issue was supposed to be solved and package would be delivered today. It was not. I am very upset and will never use this again

Customer service is horrible especially when speaking to the post master. I agree with a few of you in reading the reviews the post master pacifies you making excuses about what happens and why. They phone line is always busy I get lucky after calling at least 20 times when I need to call.
