My daughters just went for their appointment to get their passport renewed and the lady was incredibly rude to them. Even asking them why they were traveling to Europe during the pandemic and their response was our flights aren't until June and we're hoping everything will be okay by then. My daughter said that she has some old aunts and uncles and Spain and is hoping to see them soon. The lady then told my daughter that they probably won't survive the pandemic and there's no need to go. She told my daughter that her aunts, uncles, and cousins may die before then so why go. Who does she think she is?

Terrible customer service. The older white woman in charge was very rude to me and to other customers. The directions given on the phone were contradictory to what was said in the store. The Korean woman was very helpful.

I was faced with unnecessary rudeness with an employee today for asking to borrow tape. She could have nicely told me I simply needed to buy it instead of giving me an attitude Even though this post office is closest to my home I'll opt to go to the Highland location for better and friendlier service.

I walked in the door at exactly 4:31pm today and while they closed at 4:30pm there was one customer still inside finishing his transaction and they refused to allow me to pay to mail a simple box and literally locked the door in my face and left me standing there. I mean SERVICE is one of the 4 words in USPS is it not? I guess that does not apply at the Fulton Maryland location
