Someone is stealing birthday cards! They contained money , checks, cash, and gift cards! It had to be on this end, because we were sent cards from four different states; and seven different adresses in those states. When I went to PO office to complain, the clerk was rude, and said there was nothing they could do. I use UPS a lot more than I used to.

UPS delivered my package to USPS in Ft. Washington on Saturday 8 May 2021 and they said it was delivered in my mailbox on Sunday 9 May 2021. As of 11 May I have yet to receive my package. I called the 1-800 number and couldn't even speak to a live person, then I called the local post office and the line was either busy or nobody answered. I understand we're going through a pandemic but the USPS need to brush up on customer service/relations

I ordered a birthday card for my brother who joined the coast guard that would have given him some laughs and encouragement, it was one of 2 packages and they delivered one but not the other. Amazon left me a alert saying that they couldn’t deliver my package for some unknown reason and that I had to get up and go out in public with covid to pick it up. I’m at high risk which is why I ordered it online, but I went ahead got up and went to pick it up. The line there was backed up and not moving at all because there was only one person working the desk after 20 mins of waiting in line someone else finally came up front. Once It was finally my turn I explained what happened and instead of checking the computer to make sure like I asked he continued on about it should be out for delivery today. So I decided to just go home and wait. It is now the end of the day and the post office is currently closed and my card still isn’t here. Very disappointed in my local postal services and I pray that they improve, we have to rely on you, so please do better

As of late , even before Covid.. the postal service in ft wash md 20744 has been horrible ! Late packages , mail delivered to wrong address , and the general mail service is terrible . I am aware of the new management and post master general in my area, and cut off service time .. horrible service , wish there was alternative service’

I've been getting other people's mail, and haven't been getting some of mine. How difficult is it to deliver to the correct address?!? Sometimes even the name of the street is incorrect! Fire my postal delivery person!!!

My neighbors who live across the street from me keep blocking my mailbox. I called the county and they told me to call the post office. I was told by the delivery person that he will not deliver my mail because the mailbox is blocked. Can someone help.

I am so frustrated I ordered and paid for something that should have been delivered to me by usps, however the postman put package in wrong mailbox and I haven't got my package yet. I called the Fort Wash post office, the guy put me on hold for over 10 minutes and never came back to phone.

I am vary unsatisfied by the service that my grandfather and I have received with this post office location. I ordered a package for delivery to my grandfathers house and he did not hear the doorbell. They left a slip, so my grandfather goes to attempt to pick the package up. After informing him that he could not pick up the package, he was not given the paper back to request for redelivery. So now my package has to be returned to the sender. After waiting on the phone for an HOUR waiting to be helped. I was told that there was nothing that could be done for me being as though that I am away at school. With all of this being said, my grandfather has signed for the package from the company before and therefore should be able to pick up the package with valid identification of address. I AM VERY UNSATISFIED!

They will not deliver my package that is being returned to me, instead the forward it to other local post offices and hope that they deliver it instead. I suspect this is pure laziness, incompetence, and dishonesty, because my return address is correct on the label, there is no other excuse for this. The package has been redirected three times now.

I've tried to have pickup service from this post not once, but three times, w/no success. NO customer service at all. Damned shame. Makes me wish I'd never moved to this part of MD.

I Think that they take the phone off the hook during business hours also! It's also a hard time for me to get through to them. The only time I've had luck was by calling the consumer fair number. (202) 636-1200

The scale in the lobby is broken Happened before. Often. Can the USPS replace it with a newer reliable one? Thanks to any Postal Employee who will take the time to pass this problem on toward top management.
