omg...I've been waiting for my package since it arrived on October 20..still no activity. Wth?????? Terrible.

This place sucks !!! Waiting 1 hour horrible !!!!!

This Post Office Branch has no idea what they are doing! I purchased an item on ebay and the package was shipped from California on 01-03-2022 at 11:46PM. It arrived at the Elkridge Post office on 01-06-2022 at 8:01 am. It is 01-10-2022 at 11:34PM and I still have not received my package. As a matter of fact it has NOT EVEN LEFT the Building yet and it's almost 5 days. Where is my package? Is anyone working there?

I understand that the postal workers are overworked but there is no excuse for them not to pick up the outgoing mail in my mother’s mail box. This happens over and over and over again. Her bills need to be paid and she doesn’t want her credit to take a hit. She’s lived at her townhouse for 20 years. She knows to put the mail all the way to the front! There is simply no excuse for this. When she has been able to reach someone, they tell her to make sure she puts her mail all the way to the front. No one seems to be able to help her. They keep dropping the ball!!!

They really have a tough job. ! I try and give them a break, my late Sister use to be a Postal Employee, before she transitioned back in 2007. She was employed for 28 years, and travelled from Baltimore to DC, at Night. My heart goes out to the Letter Carrier's, even though they are paid very well, I would not want that JOB. They have to deal with trying to please the public, the Weather, Animals etc.

Hi. My mom's Ipsy package was arrived at ELKRIDGE, MD 21075 in June 17, 2021 at 5:11 am. DHL status is Elkridge, MD, US TENDERED TO DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDER. But USPS didnt received it yet. So where is package? Plse help to find our package.

My package was dropped off at Elkridge by DHL and tendered to the USPS on May 13. USPS has still not scanned in the package and it's been 31 days and still counting. This is not the first time this very specific incident has happened either. If a business allows it I never pick USPS even if I have to pay extra. I've opened missing mail cases as well to no avail.

I’ve been having issues with my mail going to this Post Office and getting it a month later or not at all and it’s not professional at all! This is peoples mail and a federal offense to keep and steal people’s mail! Something needs to be done because this has been going on for years from the looks of the complaints!

Tiffany & Denise were very professional and helpful I come on staurdays its normally just them two and they are the best. Tiffany is really fast with the service in and out. Denise the other lady has been there years the line can get long but they push through.

I followed the track number. It was not delivered on Thursday. I was home all day. Also, they need more people working there. This area has really grown. Wake up management...or whoever is in charge.

2018 at the Elkridge Post Office: I put in a request for a address change. The address I resided was: 21075 6636 Washington Boulevard Elkridge. lot 54. I change my address to 10390 Guilford Road Suite A Jessup Maryland 20794. I had not received mail for several month. Then I recently receiving mail approximately 5 letters. When on an average I received weekly at the resided above address. The new tenant assured me he did not want to receive my mail in the lot 54 box.

I sent a Certified Mail Receipt letter to Birmingham Alabama on 25 August 2018 for $6.70. Twelve days later and I have not yet received my green, "letter signed for by so-and-so" postcard. Why is that?

How do you get good customer service at the post office? Why is it every time you leave it's never in the mood you came? Do they train there workers to not be customer oriented? Seriously something needs to be done. As a customer that wants to receive my packages why must it be a headache? The clerk Tiffany was very unprofessional while customers waited in line because it was almost 9:30am and they still hadn't opened. She caused me to have to buy more hair because my package had already went out for delivery.

This location is notorious for stealing packages. I just had another shipment from DHL go through this location and once again it has disappeared into the ether. F*ck these people.

I understand that mail gets dropped. But when my mail was dropped today, instead of getting out of the vehicle and picking it up, the carrier just drove over it! Saw the USPS vehicle and went to retrieve my keys and walked to the mailbox to find torn, driven over, mail on the street. Really???? The mail actually had tire marks on it, I have pictures. This isn't the first time this has happened. Do you care that little?

Tracking stops at this Elkridge post office. So far, I have two packages coursed through this Post Office. One was promptly delivered. The other package remains undelivered 10 days after being tracked at Elkridge Post office. I had to contact the vendor regarding the undelivered package and professional enough to re-ship my order. However, i'm afraid it might be tracked again to this post office and get lost for the second time.

Mail pickup and delivery has been sporadic since the beginning of the year. Again, yesterday Feb. 22 we received no mail delivery/pickup in Ridge Forest (21076). Nothing is blocking our mailbox. I've called Elkridge post office three times in January. Help me understand.

I'm agreeing with previous posters about service. I plant to try calling tomorrow but do not have high hopes. I have a small package that DHL says they delivered to this post office 2/16. 5 days later there are no updates at all from this post office. I'm pretty upset and want my garden seeds. I'm not giving up. If someone stole it, they will prob be disappointed to see vegetable seeds.

I am waiting patiently for my package to arrive I bought an item on Dec. 31, 2016 and the tracking number has told me that my package is at this location however I have yet to receive it this is and has been very inconvenient for me I really just will be glad to get my item in the mail!!!!!!

Terrible service, carriers, phone support and managers. I was expecting a package that mysteriously vanished into thin air. Yet when I tracked said package it was supposedly delivered into a locked mailbox by the carrier. I never received this package to date. When I asked the carrier she stated "sometimes they scan packages into the system without them leaving the office." What? How? Why? I've made several attempts to contact the supervisor and was put on hold with no one ever taking my concern. Attempts to call back have been nullified by a busy signal all day long. The carriers are stealing packages and no one is doing anything about it. PS: this isn't the first time this has happened.

Service is horrible. People take zero pride in their work. They answer phones, care less how long you wait and then forget why you called to begin with. When inside the post office, i was waiting to speak to a manager and it took her over 20 minutes to come and speak to me. In the mean time, she was in the back laughing and carrying on conversation with her fellow employees. Its offices like this is why USPS has such a bad stereotype and people hate using their services. The original reason for me using them is they lost my package but yet scanned the tracking number to say it was delivered. How hard can your job really be...?

Service is fine as long as there are no delays due to weather. Some people don't understand that all they have to do is look up the map, find where their package is coming from and then search the estimated arrival time. Knowing the service area well, even if its a priority shipment the arrival time will be the same. Base your ordering on how the service area operates and your shipments will be on time. If you don't use that tactic with your ordering, then don't make high expectations. There many people that need to get packages just like you and a small delay in the shipping process can turn into a big halt in shipping arrival. Don't blame the company, blame the system. They service the entire untied states and with the rise of online ordering being the frequent mode of purchase, the fact that you get your shipment even 1 day or two is a miracle. Very great service, love the delivery service and the great customer service attitude.

I think your delivery system stinks . You won't leave packages like UPS or FEDX. I have food coming and don't know when mail lady is coming. And will take back to spoil.
