Mr Wu has been the postal carrier for the College Hills IV community for several years. He serves us well and his friendly demeanor is always welcomed! The USPS is often criticized and frankly does have some issues. Mr Wu is an example of what is right with the USPS!

USPS needs to put "Service" to customers back into USPS because I've not received company bills on time causing great problems for me, who likes to pay bill promptly, and to companies, who will charge late fees but excuse for lack of USPS service if we are lucky. I still have not received Jan or Feb bill for one company even though I paid by phone conversation. The service is unacceptable. Can we the people sue the USPS for this problems they are causing in timely delivery of important mail?
