Mailmen/mailwomen are miss-delivering packages and mails to another house with same house number but different street name. This has happens numerous times, and we have to take the package/mail to the other house and vice versa. Please have mailmen/mailwomen trained to better locate the address on the mail/packages to the correct house.

Customer service by Daniell Nicholas (Burtonsville, Md) was so horrible at this location. Called to place a complain that for the 2nd time my package was not to my children as they claim even though Amazon claims that it was. He was not able to provide proof even though they "scan the package" that it was delivered.

I'd like to start by saying the people at the front desk are always happy, smiling, and pleasant. That being said, it's been 16 days since my package was supposed to arrive. It took 4 days (according to their tracker) to get from California to Maryland. And it was supposed to arrive one the 5th day. It's been floating from one post office to the next AROUND my house but not to my house. And the tracker says it was finally coming to my house today... Called them and they said "oh ur mailman couldn't make it to u today" are u joking?! Do your job! 0 f'n stars
